ಯೆರೆಮಿಯ 50:40
ದೇವರು ಸೊದೋಮನ್ನೂ ಗೊಮೋರವನ್ನು ಅವುಗಳ ಸವಿಾಪದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳನ್ನೂ ಕೆಡವಿಹಾಕಿದಾಗ ಆದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಾದರೂ ವಾಸಮಾಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ನರಪುತ್ರನಾದರೂ ತಂಗುವದಿ ಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಕರ್ತನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ.
