ಧರ್ಮೋಪದೇಶಕಾಂಡ 21:20
ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಗೆ--ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಗನು ಮೊಂಡನೂ ತಿರುಗಿ ಬೀಳುವವನೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಮಾತು ಕೇಳದವನೂ ಹೊಟ್ಟೇ ಬಾಕನೂ ಕುಡಿಯುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕು.

And they shall say	וְאָֽמְר֞וּ	wĕʾāmĕrû	veh-ah-meh-ROO
unto	אֶל	ʾel	el
the elders	זִקְנֵ֣י	ziqnê	zeek-NAY
city, his of	עִיר֗וֹ	ʿîrô	ee-ROH
This	בְּנֵ֤נוּ	bĕnēnû	beh-NAY-noo
our son	זֶה֙	zeh	zeh
is stubborn	סוֹרֵ֣ר	sôrēr	soh-RARE
rebellious, and	וּמֹרֶ֔ה	ûmōre	oo-moh-REH
he will not	אֵינֶ֥נּוּ	ʾênennû	ay-NEH-noo
obey	שֹׁמֵ֖עַ	šōmēaʿ	shoh-MAY-ah
our voice;	בְּקֹלֵ֑נוּ	bĕqōlēnû	beh-koh-LAY-noo
glutton, a is he	זוֹלֵ֖ל	zôlēl	zoh-LALE
and a drunkard.	וְסֹבֵֽא׃	wĕsōbēʾ	veh-soh-VAY
