ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಧ್ವಜವನ್ನೆತ್ತಿರಿ; ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತುತೂರಿಯನ್ನೂದಿರಿ; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿರಿ; ಅರರಾಟ್, ಮಿನ್ನಿ, ಅಷ್ಕೆನಜ್ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕರೆಯಿರಿ; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಸೈನ್ಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿರಿ; ಬಿರುಸಾದ ಮಿಡತೆ ದಂಡಿನಂತೆ ಕುದುರೆ ಗಳನ್ನು ಬರಮಾಡಿರಿ.
