Acts 25
13 ಕೆಲವು ದಿವಸಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೂ ಬೆರ್ನಿಕೆಯೂ ಫೆಸ್ತನನ್ನು ವಂದಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೈಸರೈಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು.
14 ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಅನೇಕ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಇದ್ದ ತರುವಾಯ ಪೌಲನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಫೆಸ್ತನು ಅರಸನಿಗೆ--ಫೇಲಿಕ್ಸನು ಬಂಧನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಇದ್ದಾನೆ.
15 ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕರೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಅವನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
16 ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಆ ಆಪಾದಿತನು ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ ಯಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಆಪಾದನೆಯ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮುಂಚೆ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ನನ್ನೂ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವದು ರೋಮ್ನವರ
17 ಆದಕಾರಣ ಅವರು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಯಾವದಕ್ಕೂ ತಡಮಾಡದೆ ಮರುದಿನ ನಾನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತು ಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.
18 ತಪ್ಪುಹೊರಿಸುವವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸಿದವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
19 ಆದರೆ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೇಸು ಬದುಕಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಪೌಲನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಢಭಕ್ತಿಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದವು.
20 ನಾನು ಅಂಥಾ ವಿಧವಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂದೇಹ ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಇವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು ತನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿದೆಯೋ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದೆನು.
21 ಆದರೆ ಔಗುಸ್ತನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪೌಲನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೈಸರನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಕಾಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.
22 ಆಗ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನು ಫೆಸ್ತನಿಗೆ--ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಸಹ ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಅವನು ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ನಾಳೆ ನೀನು ಕೇಳುವಿ ಅಂದನು.
23 ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೂ ಬೆರ್ನಿಕೆಯೂ ಬಹು ಆಡಂಬರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯನಾಯಕ ರೊಂದಿಗೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರೊಂದಿಗೂ ವಿಚಾ ರಣೆಯ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ಫೆಸ್ತನ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪೌಲನನ್ನು ಕರತಂದರು.
24 ಆಗ ಫೆಸ್ತನು--ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೇ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರೇ, ಇವನು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಜೀವಿಸಬಾರದೆಂದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಜನಸಮೂಹವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿ ಕೊಂಡಿತೋ ಇವನನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೋಡು
25 ಆದರೆ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಯಾವ ದನ್ನೂ ಇವನು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಕಂಡು ಕೊಂಡೆನು. ತಾನೇ ಔಗುಸ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
26 ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ದೊರೆಗೆ ಬರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟವಾದದ್ದೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಆದಕಾರಣ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಯಾದನಂತರ ಬರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕುವದೆಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಅರಸನಾದ ಓ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇವನನ್ನು ನಾನು ತಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
13 And after certain days king Agrippa and Bernice came unto Caesarea to salute Festus.
14 And when they had been there many days, Festus declared Paul’s cause unto the king, saying, There is a certain man left in bonds by Felix:
15 About whom, when I was at Jerusalem, the chief priests and the elders of the Jews informed me, desiring to have judgment against him.
16 To whom I answered, It is not the manner of the Romans to deliver any man to die, before that he which is accused have the accusers face to face, and have licence to answer for himself concerning the crime laid against him.
17 Therefore, when they were come hither, without any delay on the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought forth.
18 Against whom when the accusers stood up, they brought none accusation of such things as I supposed:
19 But had certain questions against him of their own superstition, and of one Jesus, which was dead, whom Paul affirmed to be alive.
20 And because I doubted of such manner of questions, I asked him whether he would go to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these matters.
21 But when Paul had appealed to be reserved unto the hearing of Augustus, I commanded him to be kept till I might send him to Caesar.
22 Then Agrippa said unto Festus, I would also hear the man myself. To morrow, said he, thou shalt hear him.
23 And on the morrow, when Agrippa was come, and Bernice, with great pomp, and was entered into the place of hearing, with the chief captains, and principal men of the city, at Festus’ commandment Paul was brought forth.
24 And Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present with us, ye see this man, about whom all the multitude of the Jews have dealt with me, both at Jerusalem, and also here, crying that he ought not to live any longer.
25 But when I found that he had committed nothing worthy of death, and that he himself hath appealed to Augustus, I have determined to send him.
26 Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.

And when they had been there many days, Festus declared Paul’s cause unto the king, saying, There is a certain man left in bonds by Felix:
15 ನಾನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾಗ ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕರೂ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಅವನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತೀರ್ಪುಮಾಡ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡರು.
About whom, when I was at Jerusalem, the chief priests and the elders of the Jews informed me, desiring to have judgment against him.
16 ನಾನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಆ ಆಪಾದಿತನು ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಪಾದನೆ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಮುಖಾಮುಖಿ ಯಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಆಪಾದನೆಯ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತನಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿವಾದ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮುಂಚೆ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ನನ್ನೂ ಮರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವದು ರೋಮ್ನವರ

17 ಆದಕಾರಣ ಅವರು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಯಾವದಕ್ಕೂ ತಡಮಾಡದೆ ಮರುದಿನ ನಾನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತು ಕೊಂಡು ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನನ್ನು ತರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.
Therefore, when they were come hither, without any delay on the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought forth.
18 ತಪ್ಪುಹೊರಿಸುವವರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತು ನಾನು ಭಾವಿಸಿದವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ತಪ್ಪನ್ನೂ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಹೊರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
Against whom when the accusers stood up, they brought none accusation of such things as I supposed:
19 ಆದರೆ ಸತ್ತುಹೋದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೇಸು ಬದುಕಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಪೌಲನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಢಭಕ್ತಿಯ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕೆಲವು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದವು.
But had certain questions against him of their own superstition, and of one Jesus, which was dead, whom Paul affirmed to be alive.
20 ನಾನು ಅಂಥಾ ವಿಧವಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂದೇಹ ಪಟ್ಟದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಇವುಗಳ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು ತನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿದೆಯೋ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿದೆನು.
And because I doubted of such manner of questions, I asked him whether he would go to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these matters.
21 ಆದರೆ ಔಗುಸ್ತನ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪೌಲನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೈಸರನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಅವನನ್ನು ನಾನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಕಾಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾನು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಟ್ಟೆನು.
But when Paul had appealed to be reserved unto the hearing of Augustus, I commanded him to be kept till I might send him to Caesar.
22 ಆಗ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನು ಫೆಸ್ತನಿಗೆ--ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಸಹ ಇಷ್ಟಪಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು--ಅವನು ಹೇಳುವದನ್ನು ನಾಳೆ ನೀನು ಕೇಳುವಿ ಅಂದನು.
Then Agrippa said unto Festus, I would also hear the man myself. To morrow, said he, thou shalt hear him.
23 ಮಾರನೆಯ ದಿನ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೂ ಬೆರ್ನಿಕೆಯೂ ಬಹು ಆಡಂಬರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬಂದು ಮುಖ್ಯನಾಯಕ ರೊಂದಿಗೂ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪ್ರಮುಖರೊಂದಿಗೂ ವಿಚಾ ರಣೆಯ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ಫೆಸ್ತನ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಪೌಲನನ್ನು ಕರತಂದರು.

24 ಆಗ ಫೆಸ್ತನು--ಅರಸನಾದ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೇ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರೇ, ಇವನು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ಜೀವಿಸಬಾರದೆಂದು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಯಾವ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಜನಸಮೂಹವೆಲ್ಲಾ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿ ಕೊಂಡಿತೋ ಇವನನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೋಡು
And Festus said, King Agrippa, and all men which are here present with us, ye see this man, about whom all the multitude of the Jews have dealt with me, both at Jerusalem, and also here, crying that he ought not to live any longer.
25 ಆದರೆ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾದ ಯಾವ ದನ್ನೂ ಇವನು ಮಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಕಂಡು ಕೊಂಡೆನು. ತಾನೇ ಔಗುಸ್ತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ತ್ತೇನೆಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸು ವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
But when I found that he had committed nothing worthy of death, and that he himself hath appealed to Augustus, I have determined to send him.
26 ಈ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ದೊರೆಗೆ ಬರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟವಾದದ್ದೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಆದಕಾರಣ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಯಾದನಂತರ ಬರೆಯುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಏನಾದರೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕುವದೆಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಅರಸನಾದ ಓ ಅಗ್ರಿಪ್ಪನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಇವನನ್ನು ನಾನು ತಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ.
Of whom I have no certain thing to write unto my lord. Wherefore I have brought him forth before you, and specially before thee, O king Agrippa, that, after examination had, I might have somewhat to write.
