ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಜನರು ಎರಡು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ವಿಭಾಗಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಅರ್ಧ ಜನರು ಗೀನತನ ಮಗನಾದ ತಿಬ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಅರಸನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋದರು. ಅರ್ಧ ಜನರು ಒಮ್ರಿಯ ಹಿಂದೆ ಹೋದರು.
