நான் உம்முடைய வார்த்தையை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தேன்; நான் உலகத்தானல்லாததுபோல அவர்களும் உலகத்தாரல்ல; ஆதலால் உலகம் அவர்களைப் பகைத்தது.

நான் உம்முடைய வார்த்தையை அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்தேன்; நான் உலகத்தான் இல்லாததுபோல அவர்களும் உலகத்தார் இல்லை; ஆதலால் உலகம் அவர்களைப் பகைத்தது.

உமது போதனைகளை நான் அவர்களுக்குக் கொடுத்திருக்கிறேன். உலகம் அவர்களை வெறுக்கிறது. ஏனென்றால் அவர்கள் இந்த உலகத்தைச் சார்ந்தவர்கள் அல்லர். நானும் இந்த உலகத்தைச் சார்ந்தவன் அல்லன்.
