எருசலேமுடன் பட்சமாய்ப்பேசி, அதின் போர்முடிந்தது என்றும், அதின் அக்கிரமம் நிவிர்த்தியாயிற்று என்றும், அது தன் சகல பாவங்களினிமித்தமும் கர்த்தரின் கையில் இரட்டிப்பாய் அடைந்து தீர்ந்தது என்றும், அதற்குக் கூறுங்கள் என்று உங்கள் தேவன் சொல்லுகிறார்.

என்னுடைய கரம் இவைகளையெல்லாம் படைத்ததினால் இவைகளெல்லாம் உண்டானது என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்கிறார்; ஆனாலும் சிறுமைப்பட்டு, ஆவியில் நொறுங்குண்டு, என் வசனத்திற்கு நடுங்குகிறவனையே நோக்கிப்பார்ப்பேன்.

நானே எனக்கு இவற்றையெல்லாம் அமைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். அனைத்தும் இங்கே உள்ளன. ஏனென்றால், நான் இவற்றைப் படைத்தேன்.” கர்த்தர்தாமே இவற்றைக் கூறினார். “எனக்கு சொல், நான் எந்த ஜனங்களைப் பாதுகாக்கவேண்டும். ஏழைகளையும், துயரப்படுபவர்களையும் பாதுகாக்கிறேன். எளியவர்களுக்காகவும், துயரப்படுபவர்களுக்காகவும் பொறுப்பேற்கிறேன். எனது வார்த்தைகளுக்குக் கட்டுப்படுகிற ஜனங்களை நான் பாதுகாக்கிறேன்.
