וְשָׂרַי֙ Sarai veh-sa-RA אֵ֣שֶׁת Abram's A-shet אַבְרָ֔ם wife av-RAHM לֹ֥א bare loh יָֽלְדָ֖ה him ya-leh-DA ל֑וֹ no loh וְלָ֛הּ children: veh-LA שִׁפְחָ֥ה and sheef-HA מִצְרִ֖ית she meets-REET וּשְׁמָ֥הּ had oo-sheh-MA הָגָֽר׃ an ha-ɡAHR -
וַתֹּ֨אמֶר Sarai va-TOH-mer שָׂרַ֜י said sa-RAI אֶל unto el אַבְרָ֗ם Abram, av-RAHM הִנֵּה Behold hee-NAY נָ֞א now, na עֲצָרַ֤נִי the uh-tsa-RA-nee יְהוָה֙ Lord yeh-VA מִלֶּ֔דֶת hath mee-LEH-det בֹּא restrained boh נָא֙ me na אֶל from el שִׁפְחָתִ֔י bearing: sheef-ha-TEE אוּלַ֥י I oo-LAI אִבָּנֶ֖ה pray ee-ba-NEH מִמֶּ֑נָּה thee, mee-MEH-na וַיִּשְׁמַ֥ע go va-yeesh-MA אַבְרָ֖ם in av-RAHM לְק֥וֹל unto leh-KOLE שָׂרָֽי׃ my sa-RAI -
וַתִּקַּ֞ח Sarai va-tee-KAHK שָׂרַ֣י Abram's sa-RAI אֵֽשֶׁת wife A-shet אַבְרָ֗ם took av-RAHM אֶת et הָגָ֤ר Hagar ha-ɡAHR הַמִּצְרִית֙ her ha-meets-REET שִׁפְחָתָ֔הּ maid sheef-ha-TA מִקֵּץ֙ the mee-KAYTS עֶ֣שֶׂר Egyptian, EH-ser שָׁנִ֔ים after sha-NEEM לְשֶׁ֥בֶת Abram leh-SHEH-vet אַבְרָ֖ם had av-RAHM בְּאֶ֣רֶץ dwelt beh-EH-rets כְּנָ֑עַן ten keh-NA-an וַתִּתֵּ֥ן years va-tee-TANE אֹתָ֛הּ in oh-TA לְאַבְרָ֥ם the leh-av-RAHM אִישָׁ֖הּ land ee-SHA ל֥וֹ of loh לְאִשָּֽׁה׃ Canaan, leh-ee-SHA -
וַיָּבֹ֥א he va-ya-VOH אֶל went el הָגָ֖ר in ha-ɡAHR וַתַּ֑הַר unto va-TA-hahr וַתֵּ֙רֶא֙ Hagar, va-TAY-REH כִּ֣י and kee הָרָ֔תָה she ha-RA-ta וַתֵּקַ֥ל conceived: va-tay-KAHL גְּבִרְתָּ֖הּ and ɡeh-veer-TA בְּעֵינֶֽיהָ׃ when beh-ay-NAY-ha -
וַתֹּ֨אמֶר Sarai va-TOH-mer שָׂרַ֣י said sa-RAI אֶל unto el אַבְרָם֮ Abram, av-RAHM חֲמָסִ֣י My huh-ma-SEE עָלֶיךָ֒ wrong ah-lay-HA אָֽנֹכִ֗י be ah-noh-HEE נָתַ֤תִּי upon na-TA-tee שִׁפְחָתִי֙ thee: sheef-ha-TEE בְּחֵיקֶ֔ךָ I beh-hay-KEH-ha וַתֵּ֙רֶא֙ have va-TAY-REH כִּ֣י given kee הָרָ֔תָה my ha-RA-ta וָֽאֵקַ֖ל maid va-ay-KAHL בְּעֵינֶ֑יהָ into beh-ay-NAY-ha יִשְׁפֹּ֥ט thy yeesh-POTE יְהוָ֖ה bosom; yeh-VA בֵּינִ֥י and bay-NEE וּבֵינֶֽיׄךָ׃ when oo-vay-NAY-ha -
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר Abram va-YOH-mer אַבְרָ֜ם said av-RAHM אֶל unto el שָׂרַ֗י Sarai, sa-RAI הִנֵּ֤ה Behold, hee-NAY שִׁפְחָתֵךְ֙ thy sheef-ha-take בְּיָדֵ֔ךְ maid beh-ya-DAKE עֲשִׂי is uh-SEE לָ֖הּ in la הַטּ֣וֹב thy HA-tove בְּעֵינָ֑יִךְ hand; beh-ay-NA-yeek וַתְּעַנֶּ֣הָ do va-teh-ah-NEH-ha שָׂרַ֔י to sa-RAI וַתִּבְרַ֖ח her va-teev-RAHK מִפָּנֶֽיהָ׃ as mee-pa-NAY-ha -
וַֽיִּמְצָאָ֞הּ the va-yeem-tsa-AH מַלְאַ֧ךְ angel mahl-AK יְהוָ֛ה of yeh-VA עַל the al עֵ֥ין Lord ane הַמַּ֖יִם found ha-MA-yeem בַּמִּדְבָּ֑ר her ba-meed-BAHR עַל by al הָעַ֖יִן a ha-AH-yeen בְּדֶ֥רֶךְ fountain beh-DEH-rek שֽׁוּר׃ of shoor -
וַיֹּאמַ֗ר he va-yoh-MAHR הָגָ֞ר said, ha-ɡAHR שִׁפְחַ֥ת Hagar, sheef-HAHT שָׂרַ֛י Sarai's sa-RAI אֵֽי maid, ay מִזֶּ֥ה whence mee-ZEH בָ֖את camest vaht וְאָ֣נָה thou? veh-AH-na תֵלֵ֑כִי and tay-LAY-hee וַתֹּ֕אמֶר whither va-TOH-mer מִפְּנֵי֙ wilt mee-peh-NAY שָׂרַ֣י thou sa-RAI גְּבִרְתִּ֔י go? ɡeh-veer-TEE אָֽנֹכִ֖י And ah-noh-HEE בֹּרַֽחַת׃ she boh-RA-haht -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר the va-YOH-mer לָהּ֙ angel la מַלְאַ֣ךְ of mahl-AK יְהוָ֔ה the yeh-VA שׁ֖וּבִי Lord SHOO-vee אֶל said el גְּבִרְתֵּ֑ךְ unto ɡeh-veer-TAKE וְהִתְעַנִּ֖י her, veh-heet-ah-NEE תַּ֥חַת Return TA-haht יָדֶֽיהָ׃ to ya-DAY-ha -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר the va-YOH-mer לָהּ֙ angel la מַלְאַ֣ךְ of mahl-AK יְהוָ֔ה the yeh-VA הַרְבָּ֥ה Lord hahr-BA אַרְבֶּ֖ה said ar-BEH אֶת unto et זַרְעֵ֑ךְ her, zahr-AKE וְלֹ֥א I veh-LOH יִסָּפֵ֖ר will yee-sa-FARE מֵרֹֽב׃ multiply may-ROVE -
וַיֹּ֤אמֶר the va-YOH-mer לָהּ֙ angel la מַלְאַ֣ךְ of mahl-AK יְהוָ֔ה the yeh-VA הִנָּ֥ךְ Lord hee-NAHK הָרָ֖ה said ha-RA וְיֹלַ֣דְתְּ unto veh-yoh-LA-det בֵּ֑ן her, bane וְקָרָ֤את Behold, veh-ka-RAHT שְׁמוֹ֙ thou sheh-MOH יִשְׁמָעֵ֔אל art yeesh-ma-ALE כִּֽי with kee שָׁמַ֥ע child, sha-MA יְהוָ֖ה and yeh-VA אֶל shalt el עָנְיֵֽךְ׃ bear one-YAKE -
וְה֤וּא he veh-HOO יִֽהְיֶה֙ will yee-heh-YEH פֶּ֣רֶא be PEH-reh אָדָ֔ם a ah-DAHM יָד֣וֹ wild ya-DOH בַכֹּ֔ל man; va-KOLE וְיַ֥ד his veh-YAHD כֹּ֖ל hand kole בּ֑וֹ will boh וְעַל be veh-AL פְּנֵ֥י against peh-NAY כָל every hahl אֶחָ֖יו man, eh-HAV יִשְׁכֹּֽן׃ and yeesh-KONE -
וַתִּקְרָ֤א she va-teek-RA שֵׁם called shame יְהוָה֙ the yeh-VA הַדֹּבֵ֣ר name ha-doh-VARE אֵלֶ֔יהָ of ay-LAY-ha אַתָּ֖ה the ah-TA אֵ֣ל Lord ale רֳאִ֑י that roh-EE כִּ֣י spake kee אָֽמְרָ֗ה unto ah-meh-RA הֲגַ֥ם her, huh-ɡAHM הֲלֹ֛ם Thou huh-LOME רָאִ֖יתִי God ra-EE-tee אַֽחֲרֵ֥י seest ah-huh-RAY רֹאִֽי׃ me: roh-EE -
עַל al כֵּן֙ the kane קָרָ֣א well ka-RA לַבְּאֵ֔ר was la-beh-ARE בְּאֵ֥ר called beh-ARE לַחַ֖י Beer-lahai-roi; la-HAI רֹאִ֑י behold, roh-EE הִנֵּ֥ה it hee-NAY בֵין is vane קָדֵ֖שׁ between ka-DAYSH וּבֵ֥ין Kadesh oo-VANE בָּֽרֶד׃ and BA-red -
וַתֵּ֧לֶד Hagar va-TAY-led הָגָ֛ר bare ha-ɡAHR לְאַבְרָ֖ם Abram leh-av-RAHM בֵּ֑ן a bane וַיִּקְרָ֨א son: va-yeek-RA אַבְרָ֧ם and av-RAHM שֶׁם Abram shem בְּנ֛וֹ called beh-NOH אֲשֶׁר his uh-SHER יָֽלְדָ֥ה son's ya-leh-DA הָגָ֖ר name, ha-ɡAHR יִשְׁמָעֵֽאל׃ which yeesh-ma-ALE -
וְאַבְרָ֕ם Abram veh-av-RAHM בֶּן was ben שְׁמֹנִ֥ים fourscore sheh-moh-NEEM שָׁנָ֖ה sha-NA וְשֵׁ֣שׁ and veh-SHAYSH שָׁנִ֑ים six sha-NEEM בְּלֶֽדֶת years beh-LEH-det הָגָ֥ר old, ha-ɡAHR אֶת when et יִשְׁמָעֵ֖אל Hagar yeesh-ma-ALE לְאַבְרָֽם׃ bare leh-av-RAHM
