અહિયાનો પુત્ર બાઅશા જે ઇસ્સાખાર કુળનો હતો. તેણે નાદાબની સામે બળવો કર્યો. નાદાબે ઇસ્રાએલી સૈન્યની સાથે પલિસ્તીઓના નગર ગિબ્બથોનને ઘેરી લીધું હતું. ત્યારે બાઅશાએ કાવત્રુ કરીને તેનું ખૂન કર્યું.

યહોવાએ ફરીથી મારી સાથે વાત કરીને કહ્યું, “રામાહમાં ભારે રૂદનનો અવાજ સંભળાય છે, રાહેલ પોતાનાં સંતાનો માટે ઝૂરે કરે છે. તેને સાંત્વન આપી શકાય તેમ નથી. કારણ કે તેનાં સંતાનો મૃત્યુ પામ્યા છે.”
