Psalm 85 in Gujarati

1 હે યહોવા, તમારા દેશ પર તમે તમારી કૃપા દર્શાવી છે. અને તમે યાકૂબના બંદીઓને આ દેશમાં પાછા મોકલી આપ્યા છે.

2 તમારા લોકોના પાપો તમે માફ કર્યા છે; અને તમે તેઓનાઁ બધા પાપોનું પ્રાયશ્ચિત કર્યુ છે.

3 તેથી હવે તમારા કોપનો ભસ્મ કરનારા ક્રોધનો અંત આવ્યો છે.

4 હે મારા દેવ, અમારા તારનાર, તમારા પર પ્રેમ કરવામાં તમે અમને સંસ્થાપિત કરો. જેથી ફરી કદી તમારે અમારા ઉપર ક્રોધીત ન થવું પડે.

5 શું તમે સદા અમારા પર કોપાયમાન રહેશો? શું તમારો કોપ પેઢી દર પેઢી લંબાવાશે?

6 હે યહોવા, અમને પુન:પ્રસ્થાપિત કરો જેથી અમે, તમારા લોકો ફરી તમારામાં આનંદ પામીએ.

7 તમારો પ્રેમ અને દયા, અમારા ઉપર રેડી દો. અને અમને તમારું તારણ પમાડો.

8 યહોવા દેવ જે કહે છે તે હું કાળજી પૂર્વક સાંભળુ છું. યહોવા તેના લોકોને અને તેના વફાદાર અનુયાયીઓને શાંતિનું વચન આપે છે; પરંતુ તેઓ તેમની મૂર્ખાઇ તરફ ચોક્કસ પાછા ન વળે.

9 જેઓ તેમનો ભય રાખે છે તેમને દેવનું તારણ છે. બહુ જલદી અમારી ભૂમિ પર અમે માન પૂર્વક રહીશું.

10 કૃપા અને સત્યતા એકબીજાની સાથે મળેલી છે; ન્યાયીપણાએ તથા શાંતિએ એકબીજાને ચુંબન કર્યુ છે.

11 પૃથ્વીમાંથી સત્ય ઉપર ઉંચે જાય છે. અને ન્યાયીપણું આકાશમાંથી વરસશે.

12 હા, યહોવા ‘કલ્યાણ’ આપશે; અને આપણો દેશ મબલખ પાક ઉપજાવશે.

13 તેમનું ન્યાયીપણું આગળ ચાલશે, અને તેમનાં પગલા માટે માર્ગ તૈયાર કરે છે.

2 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.

3 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.

4 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.

5 Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.

6 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?

7 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?

8 Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.

9 I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

10 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.

11 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.

12 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

13 Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

14 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
