Jeremiah 1:5
“તને ગર્ભમાં ઘડ્યો તે પહેલાં મેં તને પસંદ કર્યો હતો; તું જન્મ્યો તે પહેલાં મેં તને આ કામ માટે પવિત્ર કર્યો હતો, આ તો પ્રજાઓના પ્રબોધક થવા માટે મેં તને નીમ્યો હતો.”

| I sanctified | הִקְדַּשְׁתִּ֑יךָ | hiqdaštîkā | heek-dahsh-TEE-ha |
| ordained I and thee, | נָבִ֥יא | nābîʾ | na-VEE |
| thee a prophet | לַגּוֹיִ֖ם | laggôyim | la-ɡoh-YEEM |
