Isaiah 42:11
અરણ્યના નગરો, હે કેદારવંશી રણવાસીઓ અને સેલાના રહેવાસીઓ, આનંદથી પોકારી ઊઠો! પર્વતો પરથી હર્ષનાદ કરો!
| Let the wilderness | יִשְׂא֤וּ | yiśʾû | yees-OO |

| up lift thereof | וְעָרָ֔יו | wĕʿārāyw | veh-ah-RAV |
| their voice, the villages | חֲצֵרִ֖ים | ḥăṣērîm | huh-tsay-REEM |
| that Kedar | תֵּשֵׁ֣ב | tēšēb | tay-SHAVE |
| inhabit: doth | קֵדָ֑ר | qēdār | kay-DAHR |
| let the inhabitants | יָרֹ֙נּוּ֙ | yārōnnû | ya-ROH-NOO |
| of the rock | יֹ֣שְׁבֵי | yōšĕbê | YOH-sheh-vay |
| sing, | סֶ֔לַע | selaʿ | SEH-la |
| shout them let | מֵרֹ֥אשׁ | mērōš | may-ROHSH |
| from the top | הָרִ֖ים | hārîm | ha-REEM |
