Isaiah 26:14
પહેલાં જેઓએ અમારી ઉપર શાસન કર્યું હતું, તેઓ મૃત્યુ પામ્યાં અને ચાલ્યા ગયા છે; તેઓ હવે ફરીથી કદી જ પાછા આવી શકે તેમ નથી. તેમ તેઓની વિરુદ્ધ થયા અને તેઓનો નાશ કર્યો અને તેઓનું નામનિશાન પણ રહ્યું નથી.

| and destroyed | וַתַּשְׁמִידֵ֔ם | wattašmîdēm | va-tahsh-mee-DAME |
| all made and them, | וַתְּאַבֵּ֥ד | wattĕʾabbēd | va-teh-ah-BADE |
| their memory | כָּל | kāl | kahl |
| to perish. | זֵ֖כֶר | zēker | ZAY-her |
| לָֽמוֹ׃ | lāmô | LA-moh |
