ન્યાયાધીશો 9:1
એક દિવસ યરૂબ્બઆલનો પુત્ર અબીમેલેખ શખેમમાં તેના માંમાંઓના ઘેર ગયો હતો અને તેમને અને તેની માંતાના કુટુંબના બધા સભ્યોને તેણે કહ્યું,

And Abimelech	וַיֵּ֨לֶךְ	wayyēlek	va-YAY-lek
the son	אֲבִימֶ֤לֶךְ	ʾăbîmelek	uh-vee-MEH-lek
of Jerubbaal	בֶּן	ben	ben
went	יְרֻבַּ֙עַל֙	yĕrubbaʿal	yeh-roo-BA-AL
Shechem to	שְׁכֶ֔מָה	šĕkemâ	sheh-HEH-ma
unto	אֶל	ʾel	el
his mother's	אֲחֵ֖י	ʾăḥê	uh-HAY
brethren,	אִמּ֑וֹ	ʾimmô	EE-moh
and communed	וַיְדַבֵּ֣ר	waydabbēr	vai-da-BARE
with	אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם	ʾălêhem	uh-lay-HEM
them, and with	וְאֶל	wĕʾel	veh-EL
all	כָּל	kāl	kahl
the family	מִשְׁפַּ֛חַת	mišpaḥat	meesh-PA-haht
house the of	בֵּית	bêt	bate
of his mother's	אֲבִ֥י	ʾăbî	uh-VEE
father,	אִמּ֖וֹ	ʾimmô	EE-moh
saying,	לֵאמֹֽר׃	lēʾmōr	lay-MORE
