Ecclesiastes 8:11
દુષ્કમીર્ને દંડ આપવાની આજ્ઞા ત્વરાથી અમલમાં મૂકાતી નથી. અને તેથી લોકોનું હૃદય દુષ્ટકાર્ય કરવામાં નિશ્ચિંત રહે છે.
