Ecclesiastes 5:8
જો તમે ગરીબો પર થતાં અત્યાચાર અને દેશમાં ન્યાયને ઊઁધા વાળતા અતિશય ત્રાસને જુઓ, તો તે વાતથી આશ્ચર્ય પામશો નહિ, કારણ કે પ્રત્યેક અધિકારી તેનાથી ઊંચા અધિકારીના હાથની નીચે છે અને ઊંચો અધિકારી તેના પર દેખરેખ રાખનારની નજર હેઠળ છે.
