યહોવાના મંદિર માટે સુલેમાને ઠરાવેલા બધાં કામ પૂરાં થયા ત્યારે તેણે પોતાના પિતા દાઉદે યહોવાને સમપિર્ત કરેલી તમામ ભેટો સોનું, ચાંદી અને બીજી બધી સામગ્રી લાવીને દેવના મંદિરના ભંડારમાં મૂકી દીધી.
