સુલેમાંને ઇસ્રાએલના બધાજ વડીલો અને ઇસ્રાએલના દરેક કુળમાંથી બધાજ અગ્રણીઓને યરૂશાલેમ બોલાવ્યા. જેથી તેઓ યહોવાનું ઇસ્રાએલ સાથેનું વિશેષ કરારનામું દર્શાવતો પવિત્રકોશ દાઉદના નગરમાંથી જે સિયોન પણ કહેવાય છે ત્યાંથી લાવી શકે.
