அந்நாட்களில் விருந்துண்டு சந்தோஷங்கொண்டாடவும், ஒருவருக்கொருவர் வரிசைகளை அனுப்பவும், எளியவர்களுக்குத் தானதர்மஞ்செய்யவும் வேண்டுமென்று திட்டம்பண்ணினான்.
