ஆகையால் கர்த்தருக்கு இஸ்ரவேலின்மேல் கோபமூண்டு, அவர்களைச் சீரியாவின் ராஜாவாகிய ஆசகேலின் கையிலும் ஆசகேலின் குமாரனாகிய பெனாதாத்தின் கையிலும் அந்நாட்களிலெல்லாம் ஒப்புக்கொடுத்தார்.
