அப்பொழுது அவன் வேறு ஊழியக்காரரை அழைத்து: நீங்கள் போய், இதோ, என் விருந்தை ஆயத்தம்பண்ணினேன், என் எருதுகளும் கொழுத்த ஜெந்துக்களும் அடிக்கப்பட்டது, எல்லாம் ஆயத்தமாயிருக்கிறது; கலியாணத்திற்கு வாருங்கள் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்குச் சொல்லுங்களென்று அனுப்பினான்.

“பின் மன்னன் மேலும் சில வேலைக்காரர்களை அனுப்பினான். தன் வேலைக்காரர்களிடம் மன்னன் இவ்வாறு சொல்லியனுப்பினான். ‘நான் ஏற்கெனவே அவர்களை விருந்துண்ண அழைத்துவிட்டேன். எனவே, அவர்களிடம், என்னிடமிருந்த சிறந்த காளைகளையும் கன்றுகளையும் உண்பதற்காக அடித்துள்ளேன். எல்லாம் தயாராக உள்ளன. திருமண விருந்துண்ண வாருங்கள்! என்று கூறுங்கள்’ என்றான்.
