Genesis 49 in Tamil

1 யாக்கோபு தன் குமாரரை அழைத்து: நீங்கள் கூடிவாருங்கள், கடைசி நாட்களில் உங்களுக்கு நேரிடும் காரியங்களை அறிவிப்பேன். And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days.

2 யாக்கோபின் குமாரரே, கூடிவந்து கேளுங்கள்; உங்கள் தகப்பனாகிய இஸ்ரவேலுக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள். Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father.

3 ரூபனே, நீ என் சேஷ்டபுத்திரன்; நீ என் சத்துவமும், என் முதற்பெலனுமானவன்; நீ மேன்மையில் பிரதானமும் வல்லமையில் விசேஷமுமானவன். Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power:

4 தண்ணீரைப்போலத் தளம்பினவனே, நீ மேன்மை அடையமாட்டாய்; உன் தகப்பனுடைய மஞ்சத்தின்மேல் ஏறினாய்; நீ அதைத் தீட்டுப்படுத்தினாய்; என் படுக்கையின்மேல் ஏறினானே. Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father's bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch.

5 சிமியோனும், லேவியும் ஏக சகோதரர்; அவர்களுடைய பட்டயங்கள் கொடுமையின் கருவிகள். Simeon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations.

6 என் ஆத்துமாவே, அவர்களுடைய இரகசிய ஆலோசனைக்கு உடன்படாதே; என் மேன்மையே, அவர்கள் கூட்டத்தில் நீ சேராதே: அவர்கள் தங்கள் கோபத்தினாலே ஒரு புருஷனைக் கொன்று, தங்கள் அகங்காரத்தினாலே அரண்களை நிர்மூலமாக்கினார்களே. O my soul, come not thou into their secret; unto their assembly, mine honor, be not thou united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their self-will they digged down a wall.

7 உக்கிரமான அவர்கள் கோபமும் கொடுமையான அவர்கள் மூர்க்கமும் சபிக்கப்படக்கடவது; யாக்கோபிலே அவர்களைப் பிரியவும், இஸ்ரவேலிலே அவர்களைச் சிதறவும் பண்ணுவேன். Cursed be their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: I will divide them in Jacob, and scatter them in Israel.

8 யூதாவே, சகோதரரால் புகழப்படுபவன் நீயே; உன் கரம் உன் சத்துருக்களுடைய பிடரியின்மேல் இருக்கும்; உன் தகப்பனுடைய புத்திரர் உன்முன் பணிவார்கள். Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee.

9 யூதா பாலசிங்கம், நீ இரை கவர்ந்துகொண்டு ஏறிப்போனாய்: என் மகனே, சிங்கம்போலும் கிழச்சிங்கம்போலும் மடங்கிப் படுத்தான்: அவனை எழுப்புகிறவன் யார்? Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?

10 சமாதான கர்த்தர் வருமளவும் செங்கோல் யூதாவைவிட்டு நீங்குவதும் இல்லை, நியாயப்பிரமாணிக்கன் அவன் பாதங்களை விட்டு ஒழிவதும் இல்லை; ஜனங்கள் அவரிடத்தில் சேருவார்கள். The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

11 அவன் தன் கழுதைக் குட்டியைத் திராட்சச்செடியிலும் தன் கோளிகைக் கழுதைகளின் குட்டியை நற்குல திராட்சைச் செடியிலும் கட்டுவான்; திராட்சரசத்திலே தன் வஸ்திரத்தையும், திராட்சப் பழங்களின் இரத்தத்திலே தன் அங்கியையும் தோய்ப்பான். Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:

12 அவன் கண்கள் திராட்சரசத்தினால் சிவப்பாயும், அவன் பற்கள் பாலினால் வெண்மையாயும் இருக்கும். His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

13 செபுலோன் கடல்துறை அருகே குடியிருப்பான்; அவன் கப்பல் துறைமுகமாய் இருப்பான்; அவன் எல்லை சீதோன் வரைக்கும் இருக்கும். Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon.

14 இசக்கார் இரண்டு பொதியின் நடுவே படுத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிற பலத்த கழுதை. Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens:

15 அவன், இளைப்பாறுதல் நல்லது என்றும் நாடு வசதியானது என்றும் கண்டு, சுமக்கிறதற்குத் தன் தோளைச் சாய்த்து, பகுதிகட்டுகிறவனானான். And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.

16 தாண் இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களில் ஒரு கோத்திரமாகி, தன் ஜனத்தை நியாயம் விசாரிப்பான். Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.

17 தாண், குதிரையின்மேல் ஏறியிருக்கிறவன் மல்லாந்து விழும்படியாய் அதின் குதிகாலைக் கடிக்கிறதற்கு வழியில் கிடக்கிற சர்ப்பத்தைப் போலவும், பாதையில் இருக்கிற விரியனைப்போலவும் இருப்பான். Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.

18 கர்த்தாவே, உம்முடைய இரட்சிப்புக்குக் காத்திருக்கிறேன். I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD.

19 காத் என்பவன்மேல் ராணுவக்கூட்டம் பாய்ந்துவிழும்; அவனோ முடிவிலே அதின்மேல் பாய்ந்துவிழுவான். Gad, a troop shall overcome him: but he shall overcome at the last.

20 ஆசேருடைய ஆகாரம் கொழுமையாயிருக்கும்; ராஜாக்களுக்கு வேண்டிய ருசிவர்க்கங்களை அவன் தருவான். Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.

21 நப்தலி விடுதலைபெற்ற பெண்மான்; இன்பமான வசனங்களை வசனிப்பான். Naphtali is a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words.

22 யோசேப்பு கனிதரும் செடி: அவன் நீர் ஊற்றண்டையிலுள்ள கனிதரும் செடி: அதின் கொடிகள் சுவரின்மேல் படரும். Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:

23 வில்வீரர் அவனை மனமடிவாக்கி, அவன்மேல் எய்து, அவனைப் பகைத்தார்கள். The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:

24 ஆனாலும், அவனுடைய வில் உறுதியாய் நின்றது; அவன் புயங்கள் யாக்கோபுடைய வல்லவரின் கரங்களால் பலத்தன; இதினால் அவன் மேய்ப்பனும் இஸ்ரவேலின் கன்மலையும் ஆனான். But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)

25 உன் தகப்பனுடைய தேவனாலே அப்படியாயிற்று, அவர் உனக்குத் துணையாயிருப்பார்: சர்வ வல்லவராலே அப்படியாயிற்று, அவர் உயர வானத்திலிருந்து உண்டாகும் ஆசீர்வாதங்களினாலும், கீழே ஆழத்தில் உண்டாகும் ஆசீர்வாதங்களினாலும், ஸ்தனங்களுக்கும் கர்ப்பங்களுக்கும் உரிய ஆசீர்வாதங்களினாலும் உன்னை ஆசீர்வதிப்பார். Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:

26 உன் தகப்பனுடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் என் பிதாக்களுடைய ஆசீர்வாதங்களுக்கு மேற்பட்டதாயிருந்து, நித்திய பர்வதங்களின் முடிவுமட்டும் எட்டுகின்றன; அவைகள் யோசேப்புடைய சிரசின்மேலும், தன் சகோதரரில் விசேஷித்தவனுடைய உச்சந்தலையின்மேலும் வருவதாக. The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

27 பென்யமீன் பீறுகிற ஓநாய்; காலையில் தன் இரையைப் பட்சிப்பான், மாலையில் தான் கொள்ளையிட்டதைப் பங்கிடுவான் என்றான். Benjamin shall raven as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.

28 இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் இஸ்ரவேலின் பன்னிரண்டு கோத்திரத்தார்; அவர்களுடைய தகப்பன் அவர்களை ஆசீர்வதிக்கையில், அவர்களுக்குச் சொன்னது இதுதான்; அவனவனுக்குரிய ஆசீர்வாதம் சொல்லி அவனவனை ஆசீர்வதித்தான். All these are the twelve tribes of Israel: and this is it that their father spake unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

29 பின்னும் அவன் அவர்களை நோக்கி: நான் என் ஜனத்தாரோடே சேர்க்கப்படப்போகிறேன்; ஏத்தியனான எப்பெரோனின் நிலத்திலுள்ள குகையிலே என்னை என் பிதாக்களண்டையிலே அடக்கம்பண்ணுங்கள் என்று கட்டளையிட்டு; And he charged them, and said unto them, I am to be gathered unto my people: bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite,

30 அந்தக் குகை கானான் தேசத்திலே மம்ரேக்கு எதிராக மக்பேலா என்னப்பட்ட நிலத்தில் இருக்கிறது; அதை நமக்குச் சொந்தக் கல்லறைப் பூமியாயிருக்கும்படி, ஆபிரகாம் ஏத்தியனாகிய எப்பெரோன் கையில் அதற்குரிய நிலத்துடனே வாங்கினார். In the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field of Ephron the Hittite for a possession of a buryingplace.

31 அங்கே ஆபிரகாமையும் அவர் மனைவியாகிய சாராளையும் அடக்கம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அங்கே ஈசாக்கையும் அவர் மனைவியாகிய ரெபெக்காளையும் அடக்கம்பண்ணினார்கள்; அங்கே லேயாளையும் அடக்கம்பண்ணினேன். There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.

32 அந்த நிலமும் அதில் இருக்கிற குகையும் ஏத்தின் புத்திரர் கையில் கொள்ளப்பட்டது என்றான். The purchase of the field and of the cave that is therein was from the children of Heth.

33 யாக்கோபு தன் குமாரருக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டு முடிந்தபின்பு, அவன் தன் கால்களைக் கட்டிலின்மேல் மடக்கிக்கொண்டு ஜீவித்துப்போய், தன் ஜனத்தாரோடே சேர்க்கப்பட்டான். And when Jacob had made an end of commanding his sons, he gathered up his feet into the bed, and yielded up the ghost, and was gathered unto his people.

1 Yaakkopu than kumaararai alaiththu: neengal kootivaarungal, kataisi naatkalil ungalukku naeridum kaariyangalai arivippaen. And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days.

2 Yaakkopin kumaararae, kootivanthu kaelungal; ungal thakappanaakiya isravaelukkuch sevikodungal. Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father.

3 Roopanae, nee en seshdapuththiran; nee en saththuvamum, en mutharpelanumaanavan; nee maenmaiyil pirathaanamum vallamaiyil viseshamumaanavan. Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power:

4 Thannnneeraippolath thalampinavanae, nee maenmai ataiyamaattay; un thakappanutaiya manjaththinmael aerinaay; nee athaith theettuppaduththinaay; en padukkaiyinmael aerinaanae. Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father's bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch.

5 Simiyonum, laeviyum aeka sakotharar; avarkalutaiya pattayangal kodumaiyin karuvikal. Simeon and Levi are brethren; instruments of cruelty are in their habitations.

6 En aaththumaavae, avarkalutaiya irakasiya aalosanaikku udanpadaathae; en maenmaiyae, avarkal koottaththil nee seraathae: avarkal thangal kopaththinaalae oru purushanaik kontu, thangal akangaaraththinaalae arannkalai nirmoolamaakkinaarkalae. 7 Ukkiramaana avarkal kopamum kodumaiyaana avarkal moorkkamum sapikkappadakkadavathu; yaakkopilae avarkalaip piriyavum, isravaelilae avarkalaich sitharavum pannnuvaen. 8 Yoothaavae, sakothararaal pukalappadupavan neeyae; un karam un saththurukkalutaiya pidariyinmael irukkum; un thakappanutaiya puththirar unmun pannivaarkal. Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee.

9 Yoothaa paalasingam, nee irai kavarnthukonndu aeripponaay: en makanae, singampolum kilachchingampolum madangip paduththaan: avanai eluppukiravan yaar? 10 Samaathaana Karththar varumalavum sengaோl yoothaavaivittu neenguvathum illai, niyaayappiramaannikkan avan paathangalai vittu olivathum illai; janangal avaridaththil seruvaarkal. 11 Avan than kaluthaik kuttiyaith thiraatchachchetiyilum than kolikaik kaluthaikalin kuttiyai narkula thiraatchaைch setiyilum kattuvaan; thiraatcharasaththilae than vasthiraththaiyum, thiraatchap palangalin iraththaththilae than angiyaiyum thoyppaan. 12 Avan kannkal thiraatcharasaththinaal sivappaayum, avan parkal paalinaal vennmaiyaayum irukkum. His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

13 Sepulon kadalthurai arukae kutiyiruppaan; avan kappal thuraimukamaay iruppaan; avan ellai seethon varaikkum irukkum. Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon.

14 Isakkaar iranndu pothiyin naduvae paduththukkonntirukkira palaththa kaluthai. Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens:

15 Avan, ilaippaaraுthal nallathu entum naadu vasathiyaanathu entum kanndu, sumakkiratharkuth than tholaich saayththu, pakuthikattukiravanaanaan. And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.

16 Thaann Israel koththirangalil oru koththiramaaki, than janaththai niyaayam visaarippaan. Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.

17 Thaann, kuthiraiyinmael aeriyirukkiravan mallaanthu vilumpatiyaay athin kuthikaalaik katikkiratharku valiyil kidakkira sarppaththaip polavum, paathaiyil irukkira viriyanaippolavum iruppaan. 18 Karththaavae, ummutaiya iratchippukkuk kaaththirukkiraேn. I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD.

19 Kaath enpavanmael raanuvakkoottam paaynthuvilum; avano mutivilae athinmael paaynthuviluvaan. Gad, a troop shall overcome him: but he shall overcome at the last.

20 Aaserutaiya aakaaram kolumaiyaayirukkum; raajaakkalukku vaenntiya rusivarkkangalai avan tharuvaan. Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.

21 Napthali viduthalaipetta pennmaan; inpamaana vasanangalai vasanippaan. Naphtali is a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words.

22 Yoseppu kanitharum seti: avan neer oottanntaiyilulla kanitharum seti: athin kotikal suvarinmael padarum. Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:

23 Vilveerar avanai manamativaakki, avanmael eythu, avanaip pakaiththaarkal. The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:

24 Aanaalum, avanutaiya vil uraுthiyaay nintathu; avan puyangal yaakkoputaiya vallavarin karangalaal palaththana; ithinaal avan maeyppanum isravaelin kanmalaiyum aanaan. But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)

25 Un thakappanutaiya thaevanaalae appatiyaayittaு, avar unakkuth thunnaiyaayiruppaar: sarva vallavaraalae appatiyaayittaு, avar uyara vaanaththilirunthu unndaakum aaseervaathangalinaalum, geelae aalaththil unndaakum aaseervaathangalinaalum, sthanangalukkum karppangalukkum uriya aaseervaathangalinaalum unnai aaseervathippaar. 26 Un thakappanutaiya aaseervaathangal en pithaakkalutaiya aaseervaathangalukku maerpattathaayirunthu, niththiya parvathangalin mutivumattum ettukintana; avaikal yosepputaiya sirasinmaelum, than sakothararil viseshiththavanutaiya uchchanthalaiyinmaelum varuvathaaka. 28 Ivarkal ellaarum isravaelin panniranndu koththiraththaar; avarkalutaiya thakappan avarkalai aaseervathikkaiyil, avarkalukkuch sonnathu ithuthaan; avanavanukkuriya aaseervaatham solli avanavanai aaseervathiththaan. All these are the twelve tribes of Israel: and this is it that their father spake unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

29 Pinnum avan avarkalai Nnokki: naan en janaththaarotae serkkappadappokiraேn; aeththiyanaana epperonin nilaththilulla kukaiyilae ennai en pithaakkalanntaiyilae adakkampannnungal entu kattalaiyittu; And he charged them, and said unto them, I am to be gathered unto my people: bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite,

30 Anthak kukai kaanaan thaesaththilae mamraekku ethiraaka makpaelaa ennappatta nilaththil irukkirathu; athai namakkuch sonthak kallaraip poomiyaayirukkumpati, Abraham aeththiyanaakiya epperon kaiyil atharkuriya nilaththudanae vaanginaar. 31 Angae aapirakaamaiyum avar manaiviyaakiya saaraalaiyum adakkampannnninaarkal; angae eesaakkaiyum avar manaiviyaakiya repekkaalaiyum adakkampannnninaarkal; angae laeyaalaiyum adakkampannnninaen. There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.

32 Antha nilamum athil irukkira kukaiyum aeththin puththirar kaiyil kollappattathu entan. The purchase of the field and of the cave that is therein was from the children of Heth.

33 Yaakkopu than kumaararukkuk kattalaiyittu mutinthapinpu, avan than kaalkalaik kattilinmael madakkikkonndu jeeviththuppoy, than janaththaarotae serkkappattan.
