If הֵ֣ן hēn hane
I shut up אֶֽעֱצֹ֤ר ʿāṣār ah-TSAHR
heaven הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ šāmayim sha-ma-YEEM
no וְלֹֽא lōʾ loh
that there be יִהְיֶ֣ה hāyâ ha-YA
rain, מָטָ֔ר māṭar ma-TAHR
or if וְהֵן hēn hane
I command אֲצַוֶּ֥ה ṣāwâ tsa-VA
עַל ʿal al
the locusts חָגָ֖ב ḥāgāb ha-ɡAHV
to devour לֶֽאֱכ֣וֹל ʾākal ah-HAHL
the land, הָאָ֑רֶץ ʾereṣ eh-RETS
or if וְאִם ʾim eem
I send אֲשַׁלַּ֥ח šālaḥ sha-LAHK
pestilence דֶּ֖בֶר deber deh-VER
among my people; בְּעַמִּֽי׃ ʿam am
