Romans 7
14 ధర్మశాస్త్రము ఆత్మ సంబంధమైనదని యెరుగుదుము; అయితే నేను పాపమునకు అమ్మబడి శరీరసంబంధినై యున్నాను.
15 ఏలయనగా నేను చేయునది నేనెరుగను; నేను చేయ నిచ్ఛయించునది చేయక ద్వేషించునదియే చేయుచున్నాను.
16 ఇచ్ఛ యింపనిది నేను చేసినయెడల ధర్మశాస్త్రము శ్రేష్ఠమైనదైనట్టు ఒప్పుకొనుచున్నాను.
17 కావున ఇకను దాని చేయునది నాయందు నివసించు పాపమే గాని నేను కాదు.
18 నాయందు, అనగా నా శరీరమందు మంచిది ఏదియు నివసింపదని నేనెరుగుదును. మేలైనది చేయవలెనను కోరిక నాకు కలుగుచున్నది గాని, దానిని చేయుట నాకు కలుగుటలేదు.
19 నేను చేయగోరు మేలుచేయక చేయగోరని కీడు చేయుచున్నాను.
20 నేను కోరని దానిని చేసినయెడల, దానిని చేయునది నాయందు నివసించు పాపమే గాని యికను నేను కాదు.
21 కాబట్టి మేలు చేయగోరు నాకు కీడు చేయుట కలుగుచున్నదను ఒక నియమము నాకు కనబడుచున్నది.
22 అంతరంగపురుషుని బట్టి దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్రమునందు నేను ఆనందించుచున్నాను గాని
23 వేరొక నియమము నా అవయవములలో ఉన్నట్టు నాకు కనబడుచున్నది. అది నా మనస్సు నందున్న ధర్మశాస్త్రముతో పోరాడుచు నా అవయవములలోనున్న పాపనియమమునకు నన్ను చెరపట్టి లోబరచుకొనుచున్నది.
24 అయ్యో, నేనెంత దౌర్భాగ్యు డను? ఇట్టి మరణమునకు లోనగు శరీరమునుండి నన్నెవడు విడిపించును?
14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.
19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

14 ధర్మశాస్త్రము ఆత్మ సంబంధమైనదని యెరుగుదుము; అయితే నేను పాపమునకు అమ్మబడి శరీరసంబంధినై యున్నాను.
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.
15 ఏలయనగా నేను చేయునది నేనెరుగను; నేను చేయ నిచ్ఛయించునది చేయక ద్వేషించునదియే చేయుచున్నాను.
For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.
16 ఇచ్ఛ యింపనిది నేను చేసినయెడల ధర్మశాస్త్రము శ్రేష్ఠమైనదైనట్టు ఒప్పుకొనుచున్నాను.
If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.
17 కావున ఇకను దాని చేయునది నాయందు నివసించు పాపమే గాని నేను కాదు.
Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.
18 నాయందు, అనగా నా శరీరమందు మంచిది ఏదియు నివసింపదని నేనెరుగుదును. మేలైనది చేయవలెనను కోరిక నాకు కలుగుచున్నది గాని, దానిని చేయుట నాకు కలుగుటలేదు.

19 నేను చేయగోరు మేలుచేయక చేయగోరని కీడు చేయుచున్నాను.

21 కాబట్టి మేలు చేయగోరు నాకు కీడు చేయుట కలుగుచున్నదను ఒక నియమము నాకు కనబడుచున్నది.
I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
22 అంతరంగపురుషుని బట్టి దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్రమునందు నేను ఆనందించుచున్నాను గాని
For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
23 వేరొక నియమము నా అవయవములలో ఉన్నట్టు నాకు కనబడుచున్నది. అది నా మనస్సు నందున్న ధర్మశాస్త్రముతో పోరాడుచు నా అవయవములలోనున్న పాపనియమమునకు నన్ను చెరపట్టి లోబరచుకొనుచున్నది.
But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
24 అయ్యో, నేనెంత దౌర్భాగ్యు డను? ఇట్టి మరణమునకు లోనగు శరీరమునుండి నన్నెవడు విడిపించును?
O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
