ఫిలేమోనుకు 1:8-22

8 Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient,

9 Yet for love’s sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ.

10 I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds:

11 Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:

12 Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:

13 Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:

14 But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.

15 For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;

16 Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?

17 If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.

18 If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account;

19 I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.

20 Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord.

21 Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt also do more than I say.

22 But withal prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.

8 కావున యుక్తమైనదానినిగూర్చి నీ కాజ్ఞాపించుటకు క్రీస్తునందు నాకు బహు ధైర్యము కలిగియున్నను,

9 వృద్ధుడను ఇప్పుడు క్రీస్తుయేసు ఖైదీనైయున్న పౌలను నేను ప్రేమనుబట్టి వేడుకొనుట మరి మంచిదను కొని,

10 నా బంధకములలో నేను కనిన నా కుమారుడగు2 ఒనేసిము3 కోసరము నిన్ను వేడుకొనుచున్నాను.
I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds:

11 ​అతడు మునుపు నీకు నిష్‌ప్రయోజనమైనవాడే గాని, యిప్పుడు నీకును నాకును ప్రయోజనకరమైనవాడాయెను.
Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me:

12 ​నా ప్రాణము వంటివాడైన అతనిని నీయొద్దకు తిరిగి పంపియున్నాను.
Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels:

13 ​నేను సువార్తకొరకు బంధకములో ఉండగా నీకు ప్రతిగా అతడు నాకు పరిచారముచేయు నిమిత్తము నాయొద్ద అతని నుంచుకొనవలెనని యుంటిని గాని
Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel:

14 ​నీ ఉపకారము బలవంతముచేతనైనట్టు కాక స్వేచ్ఛాపూర్వకమైనదిగా ఉండవలెనని, నీ సమ్మతిలేక యేమియు చేయుటకు నాకిష్టములేదు.
But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly.

15 ​అతడికమీదట దాసుడుగా ఉండక దాసునికంటె ఎక్కువవాడుగాను, ప్రియ సహోదరుడు
For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever;

16 గాను, విశేషముగా నాకును, శరీరవిషయమును ప్రభువు విషయమును మరి విశేషముగా నీకును, ప్రియ సహో దరుడుగాను, నీయొద్ద ఎల్లప్పుడు ఉండుటకే కాబోలు అతడు కొద్దికాలము నిన్ను ఎడబాసి యుండెను.
Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord?

17 కాబట్టి నీవు నన్ను నీతో పాలివానిగా ఎంచినయెడల నన్ను చేర్చు కొన్నట్టు అతనిని చేర్చుకొనుము.
If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself.

18 అతడు నీకు ఏ నష్టమైనను కలుగజేసిన యెడలను, నీకు ఏమైన ఋణమున్న యెడలను, అది నా లెక్కలో చేర్చుము;
If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account;

19 పౌలను నేను నా స్వహస్తముతో ఈ మాట వ్రాయుచున్నాను అది నేనే తీర్తును. అయినను నీ ఆత్మవిషయములో నీవే నాకు ఋణపడియున్నావని నేను చెప్పనేల?
I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.

20 అవును సహోదరుడా, ప్రభువునందు నీవలన నాకు ఆనందము కలుగనిమ్ము, క్రీస్తునందు నా హృదయమునకు విశ్రాంతి కలుగజేయుము.
Yea, brother, let me have joy of thee in the Lord: refresh my bowels in the Lord.

21 నేను చెప్పినదానికంటె నీవు ఎక్కువగా చేతువని యెరిగి నా మాట విందువని నమి్మ నీకు వ్రాయుచున్నాను.
Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt also do more than I say.

22 అంతేకాదు, నీ ప్రార్థనల మూలముగా నేను నీకు అనుగ్రహింపబడుదునని నిరీక్షించుచున్నాను గనుక నా నిమిత్తము బస సిద్ధము చేయుము.
