యెషయా గ్రంథము 48:21
ఎడారి స్థలములలో ఆయన వారిని నడిపించెను వారు దప్పిగొనలేదు రాతికొండలోనుండి వారికొరకు ఆయన నీళ్లు ఉబుక జేసెను ఆయన కొండను చీల్చగా నీళ్లు ప్రవాహముగా బయలుదేరెను.

| when he led | בָּחֳרָבוֹת֙ | bāḥŏrābôt | ba-hoh-ra-VOTE |
| deserts: the through them | הֽוֹלִיכָ֔ם | hôlîkām | hoh-lee-HAHM |
| he caused the waters | מַ֥יִם | mayim | MA-yeem |
| flow to | מִצּ֖וּר | miṣṣûr | MEE-tsoor |
| out of the rock | הִזִּ֣יל | hizzîl | hee-ZEEL |
| clave he them: for | לָ֑מוֹ | lāmô | LA-moh |
| the rock | וַיִּ֨בְקַע | wayyibqaʿ | va-YEEV-ka |
| waters the and also, | צ֔וּר | ṣûr | tsoor |
| gushed out. | וַיָּזֻ֖בוּ | wayyāzubû | va-ya-ZOO-voo |
