అనగా సున్నతి పొందినవారికి అపొస్తలుడవుటకు పేతురునకు సామర్థ్యము కలుగజేసిన వాడే అన్యజనులకు అపొస్తలుడనవుటకు నాకును సామర్థ్యము కలుగజేసెనని వారు గ్రహించినప్పుడు,
