Ezra 4:13
కావున రాజవైన తమకు తెలియవలసినదేమనగా, ఈ పట్టణమును కట్టి దాని ప్రాకారములను నిలువ బెట్టినయెడల వారు శిస్తుగాని సుంకముగాని పన్నుగాని యియ్యకయుందురు, అప్పుడు రాజునకు రావలసిన పైకము నష్టమగును.

Be it known now unto the king, that, if this city be builded, and the walls set up again, then will they not pay toll, tribute, and custom, and so thou shalt endamage the revenue of the kings.

Be it known now unto the king, that, if this city be builded, and the walls finished, they will not pay tribute, custom, or toll, and in the end it will be hurtful unto the kings.
