నిర్గమకాండము 33:16
నాయెడలను నీ ప్రజలయెడలను నీకు కటాక్షము కలిగినదని దేని వలన తెలియబడును? నీవు మాతో వచ్చుటవలననే గదా? అట్లు మేము, అనగా నేనును నీ ప్రజలును భూమిమీదనున్న సమస్త ప్రజలలోనుండి ప్రత్యేకింపబడుదుమని ఆయనతో చెప్పెను.

| grace | אֲנִ֣י | ʾănî | uh-NEE |
| sight? thy in | וְעַמֶּ֔ךָ | wĕʿammekā | veh-ah-MEH-ha |
| is it not | הֲל֖וֹא | hălôʾ | huh-LOH |
| goest thou that in | בְּלֶכְתְּךָ֣ | bĕlektĕkā | beh-lek-teh-HA |
| with | עִמָּ֑נוּ | ʿimmānû | ee-MA-noo |
| separated, be we shall so us? | וְנִפְלֵ֙ינוּ֙ | wĕniplênû | veh-neef-LAY-NOO |

| people, thy and | וְעַמְּךָ֔ | wĕʿammĕkā | veh-ah-meh-HA |
| from all | מִכָּ֨ל | mikkāl | mee-KAHL |
| the people | הָעָ֔ם | hāʿām | ha-AM |
| that | אֲשֶׁ֖ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| upon are | עַל | ʿal | al |
| the face | פְּנֵ֥י | pĕnê | peh-NAY |
| of the earth. | הָֽאֲדָמָֽה׃ | hāʾădāmâ | HA-uh-da-MA |
