​అంతట దానియేలు రాజునొద్ద మనవి చేసికొనగా రాజు షద్రకు మేషాకు అబేద్నెగోయను వారిని బబులోను సంస్థానము మీద విచారణకర్తలనుగా నియమించెను; అయితే దాని యేలు రాజుసన్నిధిని ఉండెను.

the province מְדִינַ֣ת mĕdînâ meh-dee-NA
of Babylon: בָּבֶ֔ל babel ba-VEL
Shadrach, לְשַׁדְרַ֥ךְ šadrak shahd-RAHK
Meshach, מֵישַׁ֖ךְ mêšak may-SHAHK
וַעֲבֵ֣ד
and Abed-nego, נְג֑וֹ ʿăbēd nĕgôʾ uh-VADE neh-ɡOH
but Daniel וְדָנִיֵּ֖אל dāniyyēl da-nee-YALE
in the gate בִּתְרַ֥ע tĕraʿ teh-RA
of the king. מַלְכָּֽא׃ melek meh-LEK
