మనష్షే తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రించి ఉజ్జా యొక్క తోటలో తన నగరుదగ్గర సమాధిచేయబడెను; అతని కుమారుడైన ఆమోను అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

హిజ్కియా తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రించగా జనులు దావీదు సంతతివారి శ్మశానభూమి యందు కట్టబడిన పైస్థానమునందు అతని పాతిపెట్టిరి. అతడు మరణ మొందినప్పుడు యూదావారందరును యెరూషలేము కాపురస్థులందరును అతనికి ఉత్తర క్రియ లను ఘనముగా జరిగించిరి. అతని కుమారుడైన మనష్షే అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.
