దావీదు నీవు ఏ దేశపువాడవు? ఎక్కడనుండి వచ్చితివని వాని నడిగెను. అందుకు వాడునేను ఐగుప్తీయుడనై పుట్టి అమాలేకీయుడైన యొకనికి దాసుడనైతిని; మూడు దినముల క్రిందట నేను కాయిలా పడగా నా యజమానుడు నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టి పోయెను.
