Nehemiah 8:8
ఇటువలెనే వారు దేవుని గ్రంథమును స్పష్టముగా చదివి వినిపించి జనులు బాగుగా గ్రహించునట్లు దానికి అర్థము చెప్పిరి.

| and gave | וְשׂ֣וֹם | wĕśôm | veh-SOME |
| the sense, | שֶׂ֔כֶל | śekel | SEH-hel |
| understand to them caused and | וַיָּבִ֖ינוּ | wayyābînû | va-ya-VEE-noo |
| the reading. | בַּמִּקְרָֽא׃ | bammiqrāʾ | ba-meek-RA |
