Judges 5
1 ఆ దినమున దెబోరాయు అబీనోయము కుమారుడైన బారాకును ఈ కీర్తన పాడిరి.
2 ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలోయుద్ధశాలులు ధైర్యము కనుపరచిరి ప్రజలు సంతోషముగా సిద్ధపడిరి. యెహోవాను స్తుతించుడి.
3 రాజులారా వినుడి, అధిపతులారా ఆలకించుడి యెహోవాకు గానముచేసెదను.
4 ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడైన యెహోవాను కీర్తించెదను యెహోవా, నీవు శేయీరునుండి బయలుదేరినప్పుడు ఎదోము పొలమునుండి బయలుదేరినప్పుడు భూమి వణకెను, ఆకాశము నీళ్లను కురిపించెను మేఘములును వర్షించెను.
5 యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కొండలలోనుండి ప్రవాహములు వచ్చెను ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడైన యెహోవాసన్నిధిని సీనాయిలోనుండి ప్రవాహములు వచ్చెను.
6 అనాతు కుమారుడైన షవ్గురు దినములలో యాయేలు దినములలో రాజమార్గములు ఎడారు లాయెను ప్రయాణస్థులు చుట్టుత్రోవలలోనే నడిచిరి.
7 ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల అధిపతులు లేకపోయిరి దెబోరా అను నేను రాకమునుపు ఇశ్రాయేలులో నేను తల్లిగా నుండకమునుపు వారు లేకపోయిరి
8 ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు క్రొత్త దేవతలను కోరుకొనగా యుద్ధము ద్వారముల యొద్దకు వచ్చెను ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో నలువదివేలమందికి ఒక కేడెమేగాని యీటెయేగాని కనబడలేదు.
9 జనులలో ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల అధిపతులు సంతోషముగా సిద్ధపడిరి.వారియందు నాకు ప్రేమకలదు యెహోవాను స్తుతించుడి.
10 తెల్లగాడిదల నెక్కువారలారా, తివాసులమీద కూర్చుండువారలారా, త్రోవలో నడుచువారలారా, ఈ సంగతి ప్రక టించుడి.
11 విలుకాండ్ర ధ్వనికి దూరముగా నుండువారు నీళ్లు చేదుకొను స్థలములలో నుండువారు యెహోవా నీతి క్రియలను ప్రకటించెదరు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల గ్రామములో ఆయన జరిగించు నీతి క్రియలను వారు ప్రకటించెదరు వినుటకై యెహోవా జనులు ద్వారములలో కూడుదురు.
12 దెబోరా, మేలుకొనుము, మేలుకొనుము దెబోరా, మేలుకొనుము, మేలుకొనుము బారాకూ, కీర్తన పాడుము అబీనోయము కుమారుడా, లెమ్ము చెరపట్టిన వారిని చెరపట్టుము.
13 ప్రజలవీరులలో శేషించినవారును కూడి వచ్చిరి శూరులలో యెహోవా నాకు సహాయము చేయ వచ్చెను.
14 అమాలేకీయులలో కాపురమున్న ఎఫ్రాయిమీయు లును నీ తరువాత నీ జనులలో బెన్యామీనీయులును మాకీరునుండి న్యాయాధిపతులును జెబూలూనీయులనుండి నాయకదండము వహించు వారునువచ్చిరి.
15 ఇశ్శాఖారీయులైన అధిపతులు దెబోరాతో కలిసి వచ్చిరి. ఇశ్శాఖారీయులును బారాకును అతివేగమున లోయలోనికి చొరబడిరి రూబేనీయుల కాలువలయొద్ద జనులకు గొప్ప హృదయాలోచనలు కలిగెను.
16 మందల యీలలను వినుటకు నీ దొడ్లమధ్యను నీవేల నివసించితివి? రూబేనీయుల కాలువలయొద్ద జనులకు గొప్ప యోచనలు కలిగెను.
17 గిలాదు యొర్దాను అద్దరిని నిలిచెను దానీయులు ఓడలదగ్గర ఏల నిలిచిరి? ఆషేరీయులు సముద్రతీరమున తమ అఖాతములయొద్ద ఏల నిలిచిరి?
18 జెబూలూనీయులు మరణభయము లేక ప్రాణము తృణీకరించుకొనిన జనము నఫ్తాలీయులు భూమి మెట్టలమీద ప్రాణము తృణీక రించిరి.
19 రాజులు వచ్చి యుద్ధముచేసిరి. మెగిద్దో కాలువలయొద్దనున్న తానాకులో కనాను రాజులు యుద్ధముచేసిరి.
20 వెండి లాభము వారు తీసికొనలేదు నక్షత్రములు ఆకాశమునుండి యుద్ధముచేసెను నక్షత్రములు తమ మార్గములలోనుండి సీసెరాతో యుద్ధముచేసెను.
21 కీషోను వాగువెంబడి పురాతనపు వాగైన కీషోను వెంబడి వారు కొట్టుకొనిపోయిరి. నా ప్రాణమా నీవు బలముపూని సాగుము.
22 గుఱ్ఱముల డెక్కలు శూరులను త్రొక్కెను గుఱ్ఱములు ఎగసి యెగసి శూరులను త్రొక్కెను.
23 యెహోవా దూత యిట్లనెను మేరోజును శపించుడి దాని నివాసులమీద మహా శాపము నిలుపుడి యెహోవా సహాయమునకు వారు రాలేదు బలిష్ఠులతో కూడి యెహోవా సహాయమునకు వారు రాలేదు.
24 కయీనీయుడైన హెబెరు భార్య యాయేలు స్త్రీలలో దీవెననొందును గుడారములలోనుండు స్త్రీలలో ఆమె దీవెన నొందును.
25 అతడు దాహమడిగెను ఆమె పాలు తెచ్చియిచ్చెను సర్దారులకు తగిన పాత్రతో మీగడ దెచ్చియిచ్చెను ఆమె మేకును చేత పట్టుకొనెను
26 పనివాని సుత్తెను కుడిచేత పట్టుకొని సీసెరాను కొట్టెను వాని తలను ఆమె పగులగొట్టెను ఆమె అతని తలను సుత్తెతో కొట్టగా అది పగిలెను.
27 అతడు ఆమె కాళ్లయొద్ద క్రుంగిపడి పరుండెను ఆమె కాళ్లయొద్ద క్రుంగిపడెను అతడు ఎక్కడ క్రుంగెనో అక్కడనే పడిచచ్చెను.
28 సీసెరా తల్లి కిటికీలోనుండి చూచెను అల్లిక కిటికీలోనుండి చూచి కేకలు వేసెను రాక, అతని రథము తడవుచేయ నేల? అతని రథముల చక్రములు ఆలస్యముచేయ నేల?
29 ఆమెయొద్దనున్న వివేకముగల రాజకుమార్తెలు ఈలాగుననే ఉత్తరమిచ్చిరి. ఆమె తనకు తాను మరల ఇట్లనుకొనుచుండెను
30 వారికి దొరకెను గదా? దోపుడుసొమ్ము పంచుకొను చున్నారు గదా? యోధులందరు తలాయొక స్త్రీని తీసికొందురు ఇద్దరేసి స్త్రీలు వారికి దొరుకుదురు సీసెరాకు రంగువేయబడిన వస్త్రమొకటి దోపుడు సొమ్ముగా దొరకును రంగువేయబడిన విచిత్ర వస్త్రమొకటి దోపుడుగా దొరకును రెండువైపుల రంగువేయబడిన విచిత్రమైన వస్త్రము దోచుకొనినవారి మెడలకు తగిన వస్త్రమొకటి దొరకును.
31 యెహోవా నీ శత్రువులందరు ఆలాగుననే నశిం చెదరు ఆయనను ప్రేమించువారు బలముతో ఉదయించు సూర్యునివలె నుందురు అనిపాడిరి. తరువాత దేశము నలువది సంవత్సరములు నిమ్మళముగా నుండెను.
1 Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day, saying,
2 Praise ye the Lord for the avenging of Israel, when the people willingly offered themselves.
3 Hear, O ye kings; give ear, O ye princes; I, even I, will sing unto the Lord; I will sing praise to the Lord God of Israel.
4 Lord, when thou wentest out of Seir, when thou marchedst out of the field of Edom, the earth trembled, and the heavens dropped, the clouds also dropped water.
5 The mountains melted from before the Lord, even that Sinai from before the Lord God of Israel.
6 In the days of Shamgar the son of Anath, in the days of Jael, the highways were unoccupied, and the travellers walked through byways.
7 The inhabitants of the villages ceased, they ceased in Israel, until that I Deborah arose, that I arose a mother in Israel.
8 They chose new gods; then was war in the gates: was there a shield or spear seen among forty thousand in Israel?
9 My heart is toward the governors of Israel, that offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless ye the Lord.
10 Speak, ye that ride on white asses, ye that sit in judgment, and walk by the way.
11 They that are delivered from the noise of archers in the places of drawing water, there shall they rehearse the righteous acts of the Lord, even the righteous acts toward the inhabitants of his villages in Israel: then shall the people of the Lord go down to the gates.
12 Awake, awake, Deborah: awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.
13 Then he made him that remaineth have dominion over the nobles among the people: the Lord made me have dominion over the mighty.
14 Out of Ephraim was there a root of them against Amalek; after thee, Benjamin, among thy people; out of Machir came down governors, and out of Zebulun they that handle the pen of the writer.
15 And the princes of Issachar were with Deborah; even Issachar, and also Barak: he was sent on foot into the valley. For the divisions of Reuben there were great thoughts of heart.
16 Why abodest thou among the sheepfolds, to hear the bleatings of the flocks? For the divisions of Reuben there were great searchings of heart.
17 Gilead abode beyond Jordan: and why did Dan remain in ships? Asher continued on the sea shore, and abode in his breaches.
18 Zebulun and Naphtali were a people that jeoparded their lives unto the death in the high places of the field.
19 The kings came and fought, then fought the kings of Canaan in Taanach by the waters of Megiddo; they took no gain of money.
20 They fought from heaven; the stars in their courses fought against Sisera.
21 The river of Kishon swept them away, that ancient river, the river Kishon. O my soul, thou hast trodden down strength.
22 Then were the horsehoofs broken by the means of the pransings, the pransings of their mighty ones.
23 Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the Lord, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the Lord, to the help of the Lord against the mighty.
24 Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent.
25 He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish.
26 She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples.
27 At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.
28 The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots?
29 Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself,
30 Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil?
31 So let all thine enemies perish, O Lord: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.
Job 38 in Tamil and English
1 ତା'ପରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆୟୁବକୁ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବାଯୁ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇେ କହିଲେ,
Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
2 କିଏ ଏହି ଅଜ୍ଞାନୀ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ୟିଏ କି ଏଭଳି ନିର୍ବୋଧ କଥା କହୁଛି ?
Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
3 ଆୟୁବ, ଜଣେ ମଣିଷ ପରି ଛିଡ଼ା ହାଇୟୋଅ, ଯାହା ଫଳ ରେ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ପଚାରି ପାରିବି ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଇପୋରିବ।
Gird up now thy loins like a man; for I will demand of thee, and answer thou me.
4 ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କେଉଁଠା ରେ ଥିଲ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ମୁଁ ଏ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲି ? ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏତେ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ ମାେତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।
Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
5 ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ, କିଏ ସ୍ଥିର କରିଥିଲା ପୃଥିବୀର ଆକାର କେତେ ବଡ଼ ହବେ ? କିଏ ଏହି ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ମାପଚୁପ କରିଥିଲା ଏକ ମାପିବା ରଖାେ ଦ୍ବାରା ।
Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
6 ପୃଥିବୀ କାହା ଉପରେ ସ୍ଥିର ରହିଛି ? କିଏ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପ୍ରଥମ ପଥର ରଖିଲା ?
Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
7 ସକାଳର ତାରାଗଣ ଏକତ୍ର ଗୀତ ଗାଇଲେ ଏବଂ ଏହା ଯେତବେେଳେ ହେଲା ସ୍ବର୍ଗଦୂତଗଣ ଆନନ୍ଦ ରେ ଚିତ୍କାର କଲେ।
When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
8 ଆୟୁବ, କିଏ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଫାଟକ ବନ୍ଦ କଲା, ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏହା ଗଭୀର ଭାବରେ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେଲା ?
Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb?
9 ସେତବେେଳେ ମୁଁ ତାକୁ ମେଘଦ୍ବାରା ଆବୃତ କଲି ଓ ଏହାକୁ ନିବିଡ଼ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ମଧିଅରେ ଗୁଡ଼ାଇ ରଖିଲି।
When I made the cloud the garment thereof, and thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,
10 ମୁଁ ସମୁଦ୍ର ପାଇଁ ସୀମା ନିରୁପିତ କଲି ଏବଂ ତହା ବନ୍ଦ ଥିବା ଫାଟକ ପଛଆଡ଼େ ରଖିଦିଅ।
And brake up for it my decreed place, and set bars and doors,
11 ମୁଁ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ କହିଲି, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏତିକି ବାଟ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆସିବ, ତା'ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକା ନୁହେଁ। ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଗର୍ବି ଢ଼େଉ ଆସି ବନ୍ଦ ହବେ।'
And said, Hitherto shalt thou come, but no further: and here shall thy proud waves be stayed?
12 ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଜୀବନକାଳ ମଧିଅରେ ସକାଳକୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିଛ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ କି ଦିନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ?
Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;
13 ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ସକାଳର ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ କିରଣକୁ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦିତ କରିବାକୁ କହିଛ ? ଏବଂ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ହଲାଇ ଲୁଚିବା ଜାଗାରୁ ଖାଜେି ବାହାର କରିଛ ?
That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?
14 ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଆଲୋକ ଦ୍ବାରା ପୃଥିବୀ ଏକ ମାଟିଗୁଳା ପରି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ହେଲା। ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏହା ଏକ ମାହେର ଦ୍ବାରା ମାହେରାଙ୍କିତ ହେଲା। ଏହାର ଆକାର କୋଟର ଭାଙ୍ଗ ଭଳି ଛିଡ଼ା ହୁଏ।
It is turned as clay to the seal; and they stand as a garment.
15 ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକମାନେ ଦିନର ଆଲୁଅକୁ ଭଲ ପାଆନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଏହାର ପ୍ରଖର କିରଣ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରେ।
And from the wicked their light is withholden, and the high arm shall be broken.
16 ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଗଭୀର ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ୟାଇଛ କି। ଯେଉଁଠାରୁ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଆରମ୍ଭ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ନିମ୍ନ ଦେଶ ରେ ଚାଲିଛ କି ?
Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? or hast thou walked in the search of the depth?
17 ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁ ଦେଶର ଦ୍ବାରକୁ ଦେଖିଛ କି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ସହେି ଫାଟକକୁ ଦେଖିଛ କି ଯାହା ଅନ୍ଧକାର ମରଣ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ନଇୟୋଏ।
Have the gates of death been opened unto thee? or hast thou seen the doors of the shadow of death?
18 ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବୁଝିପାରୁଛ କି ପୃଥିବୀ କେତେ ବଡ଼ ଅଟେ ? ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ।
Hast thou perceived the breadth of the earth? declare if thou knowest it all.
19 ଆୟୁବ, ଆଲୋକ କେଉଁଠାରୁ ଆ ସେ ? ଅନ୍ଧକାର କେଉଁଠାରୁ ଆ ସେ।
Where is the way where light dwelleth? and as for darkness, where is the place thereof,
20 ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆଲୋକ ଓ ଅନ୍ଧକାରକୁ ତା'ର ପୂର୍ବ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଫରୋଇ ଦଇପୋରିବ କି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ କିପରି ୟାଇପାରିବ ଜାଣିଛ କି ?
That thou shouldest take it to the bound thereof, and that thou shouldest know the paths to the house thereof?
21 ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏକଥା ସବୁ ଜାଣିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅତି ବୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ମଧ୍ଯ ଅଟ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବଞ୍ଚିଥିଲ ମୁଁ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଏହିସବୁ ଗଢ଼ିଥିଲି, ନୁହେଁ କି ?
Knowest thou it, because thou wast then born? or because the number of thy days is great?
22 ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କବେେ ମାରେ ଭଣ୍ଡାର ଘରକୁ ୟାଇଛ କି, ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ କି ମୁଁ ବରଫ ଏବଂ କୁଆପଥର ରଖିଛି।
Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow? or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail,
23 ମୁଁ ବରଫ ଓ କୁଆପଥର ଖଣ୍ଡଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ, କଷ୍ଟ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ ଓ ସଂଗ୍ରାମ ସମୟ ପାଇଁ ସଞ୍ଚଯ କରିଛି।
Which I have reserved against the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war?
24 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ୟାଇଛ କି ଯେଉଁଠାରୁ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଉଦଯ ହୁଏ ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁଠାରୁ ପୂର୍ବବାଯୁ ସାରା ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଚାରିଆଡ଼େ ବିଚ୍ଛୁରିତ ହାଇୟୋଏ।
By what way is the light parted, which scattereth the east wind upon the earth?
25 ପ୍ରବଳ ବୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ ପାଇଁ କିଏ ଆକାଶ ରେ ଖାଲ ଖାେଳି ରଖିଛି ? କିଏ ଘଡ଼ଘଡ଼ି ଝଡ଼ ପାଇଁ ବାଟ ତିଆରି କରିଛି।
Who hath divided a watercourse for the overflowing of waters, or a way for the lightning of thunder;
26 କିଏ ବର୍ଷା ତିଆରି କରନ୍ତି ଏପରି ଜାଗା ରେ ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ କହେି ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ରହନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।
To cause it to rain on the earth, where no man is; on the wilderness, wherein there is no man;
27 ସହେି ବର୍ଷାଜଳ ଖାଲି ସ୍ଥାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଚୁର ପାଣି ଦିଏ। ଘାସ ଉଠିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରେ।
To satisfy the desolate and waste ground; and to cause the bud of the tender herb to spring forth?
28 ବର୍ଷାର କ'ଣ ପିତା ଅଛି ? କିଏ କାକର ବୁନ୍ଦା ତିଆରି କରେ।
Hath the rain a father? or who hath begotten the drops of dew?
29 ବରଫର କ'ଣ ମାତା ଅଛି ? କିଏ କୁଆପଥରର ଜନ୍ମଦାତା ଅଟେ।
Out of whose womb came the ice? and the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it?
30 ପାଣି ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧି ପଥର ପରି ଟାଣ ହୁଏ। ଏପରିକି ସମୁଦ୍ର ଜଳ ମଧ୍ଯ ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧି ୟାଏ।
The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen.
31 ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସପ୍ତର୍ଷି ନକ୍ଷତ୍ରକୁ ବାନ୍ଧି ପାରିବ କି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୃଗଶିରା ନକ୍ଷତ୍ରର ବନ୍ଧନ ଫିଟାଇ ପାରିବ କି ?
Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?
32 ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ନକ୍ଷତ୍ର ମଣ୍ଡଳକୁ ଠିକ୍ ସମୟରେ ବାହାରକୁ ଆଣିପାରିବ ? କି ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ଭାଲୁକୁ ତା'ର ଛୁଆମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ କଢ଼ଇେ ନବେ।
Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons?
33 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆକାଶ ମଣ୍ଡଳର ନିଯମସବୁ ଜାଣ କି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାକୁ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଶାସନ କରିବାକୁ କହିପାରିବ କି ?
Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?
34 ଆୟୁବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମେଘକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦଇପୋରିବ, ସମାନେେ ବର୍ଷା ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଘାଡ଼ୋଇ ପାରିବେ ?
Canst thou lift up thy voice to the clouds, that abundance of waters may cover thee?
35 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିଜୁଳି କି ଡ଼ାକି ପାରିବ କି? ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି କହିବ କି? ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏଠା ରେ ଅଛୁ। ମହାଶୟ ଆପଣ କ'ଣ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି।' ଏହା କ'ଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁଠାକୁ ୟିବ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସାଥି ରେ ୟାଇପାରିବ କି ?
Canst thou send lightnings, that they may go, and say unto thee, Here we are?
36 ଆୟୁବ କିଏ ମଣିଷକୁ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ କରେ ? କିଏ ତାଙ୍କ ଭିତ ରେ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଭର୍ତ୍ତୀ କରେ।
Who hath put wisdom in the inward parts? or who hath given understanding to the heart?
37 ଏପରି କିଏ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ ଅଛି, ୟିଏ ମେଘକୁ ଗଣିପା ରେ ଏବଂ କିଏ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବକ୍ସିସ ଦଇେ ତାଙ୍କ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ଢ଼ାଳି ଦବେ।
Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven,
38 ତେଣୁ ଧୂଳି ରାସ୍ତା କାଦୁଅ ରେ ପରିଣତ ହୁଏ ଏବଂ ମାଟିମୁଣ୍ଡା ଲାଗିୟାଆନ୍ତା।
When the dust groweth into hardness, and the clods cleave fast together?
39 ଆୟୁବ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସିଂହ ପାଇଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପାଇପାରିବ କି ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ଭୋକିଲା ଶାବକକୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦିଅ କି ?
Wilt thou hunt the prey for the lion? or fill the appetite of the young lions,
40 ସହେି ସିଂହମାନେ ତାଙ୍କ ଗୁମ୍ଫା ଭିତ ରେ। ସମାନେେ ଘାସ ଭିତ ରେ ଝୁଙ୍କି ପଡ଼ି ତାଙ୍କ ଶିକାରକୁ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହାଇେଥାଆନ୍ତା।
When they couch in their dens, and abide in the covert to lie in wait?
41 କିଏ ଡ଼ାମରା କାଉକୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗଇ ଦିଏ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ତା'ର ଶାବକମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ରାବ କରି କରି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ବିନା ଭ୍ରମଣ କଲା ବେଳେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଏ।
Who provideth for the raven his food? when his young ones cry unto God, they wander for lack of meat.
