Judges 3:25
తాము సిగ్గువింతలు పడువరకు కనిపెట్టినను అతడు ఆ గది తలుపు లను తీయకపోగా వారు తాళపు చెవిని తెచ్చి తలుపులు తీసి చూచినప్పుడు వారి యజమానుడు చనిపోయి నేలను పడియుండెను.

எனவே என்னுடைய தேவன் என் இதயத்தில் அனைத்து ஜனங்களும் கூடவேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தை உண்டாக்கினார். முக்கியமான ஜனங்களையும் அதிகாரிகளையும் பொது ஜனங்களையும் கூட்டத்திற்கு நான் அழைத்தேன். நான் இதனைச் செய்தேன். அதனால் அனைத்து குடும்பங்களையும் பற்றி ஒரு பட்டியல் செய்ய என்னால் முடிந்தது. முன்னால் வந்தவர்களின் வம்ச பட்டியல் எனக்கு அப்பொழுது கிடைத்தது. இதுதான் நான் கண்ட எழுத்துக்கள்:
