ఆ దినమున పడిన స్త్రీ పురుషు లందరు పండ్రెండు వేలమంది.

| were twelve | אִשָּׁ֔ה | ʾiššâ | ee-SHA |
| שְׁנֵ֥ים | šĕnêm | sheh-NAME | |
| thousand, | עָשָׂ֖ר | ʿāśār | ah-SAHR |
| even all | אָ֑לֶף | ʾālep | AH-lef |
| the men | כֹּ֖ל | kōl | kole |
| of Ai. | אַנְשֵׁ֥י | ʾanšê | an-SHAY |
