Jeremiah 38:18
అయితే నీవు బబులోను అధిపతుల యొద్దకు వెళ్లనియెడల ఈ పట్టణము కల్దీయుల చేతికి అప్పగింపబడును, వారు అగ్ని చేత దాని కాల్చివేసెదరు, మరియు నీవు వారి చేతిలో నుండి తప్పించుకొనజాలవు.

నీ భార్యలందరును నీ పిల్లలును కల్దీయులయొద్దకు కొనిపో బడుదురు, నీవు వారి చేతిలోనుండి తప్పించుకొనజాలక బబులోను రాజుచేత పట్టబడెదవు గనుక ఈ పట్టణమును అగ్నిచేత కాల్చుటకు నీవే కారణమగుదువు.

కల్దీయులు తిరిగి వచ్చి యీ పట్టణముమీద యుద్ధముచేసి దాని పట్టుకొని అగ్ని చేత కాల్చి వేయుదురు.

అనగా యూదా అధిపతులను యెరూషలేము అధిపతులను రాజ పరివారములోని వారిని యాజకులను దేశజనులనందరిని ఆ దూడయొక్క రెండు భాగముల మధ్య నడచినవారినంద రిని ఆ దూడతో సమానులుగా చేయుచున్నాను.

ఇశ్రా యేలు దేవుడగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చు చున్నాడునీవు వెళ్లి యూదారాజైన సిద్కియాతో ఈలాగు చెప్పుముయెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నేను ఈ పట్టణమును బబులోను రాజుచేతికి అప్పగించు చున్నాను, అతడు మంటపెట్టి దాని కాల్చివేయును.
