యెహూది మూడు నాలుగు పుటలు చదివిన తరువాత రాజు చాకుతో దాని కోసి కుంపటిలో వేయగా ఆ కుంపటిలో నున్న అగ్నిచేత అది బొత్తిగా కాలిపోయెను గాని

| penknife, the with it | בְּתַ֣עַר | bĕtaʿar | beh-TA-ar |
| הַסֹּפֵ֔ר | hassōpēr | ha-soh-FARE | |
| and cast | וְהַשְׁלֵ֕ךְ | wĕhašlēk | veh-hahsh-LAKE |
