Jeremiah 17:27
అయితే మీరు విశ్రాంతి దినమును ప్రతిష్ఠితదినముగా నెంచి, ఆ దినమున బరువులు మోసి కొనుచు యెరూషలేము గుమ్మములలో ప్రవేశింపకూడదని నేను చెప్పిన మాట మీరు విననియెడల నేను దాని గుమ్మ ములలో అగ్ని రగులబెట్టెదను, అది యెరూషలేము నగరు లను కాల్చివేయును, దానిని ఆర్పుటకు ఎవరికిని సాధ్యము కాకపోవును.

| to bear | שְׂאֵ֣ת | śĕʾēt | seh-ATE |
| a burden, | מַשָּׂ֗א | maśśāʾ | ma-SA |
| in entering even | וּבֹ֛א | ûbōʾ | oo-VOH |
| at the gates | בְּשַׁעֲרֵ֥י | bĕšaʿărê | beh-sha-uh-RAY |
| of Jerusalem | יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם | yĕrûšālaim | yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM |
| sabbath the on | בְּי֣וֹם | bĕyôm | beh-YOME |
| day; | הַשַּׁבָּ֑ת | haššabbāt | ha-sha-BAHT |
| then will I kindle | וְהִצַּ֧תִּי | wĕhiṣṣattî | veh-hee-TSA-tee |
| fire a | אֵ֣שׁ | ʾēš | aysh |
| in the gates | בִּשְׁעָרֶ֗יהָ | bišʿārêhā | beesh-ah-RAY-ha |
| devour shall it and thereof, | וְאָֽכְלָ֛ה | wĕʾākĕlâ | veh-ah-heh-LA |
| the palaces | אַרְמְנ֥וֹת | ʾarmĕnôt | ar-meh-NOTE |
| of Jerusalem, | יְרוּשָׁלִַ֖ם | yĕrûšālaim | yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM |
| not shall it and | וְלֹ֥א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| be quenched. | תִכְבֶּֽה׃ | tikbe | teek-BEH |
