Ezekiel 22:25
ఉగ్రత దినమందు నీకు వర్షము రాదు, అందులో ప్రవక్తలు కుట్రచేయుదురు, గర్జించు చుండు సింహము వేటను చీల్చునట్లు వారు మనుష్యులను భక్షింతురు. సొత్తులను ద్రవ్యమును వారు పట్టుకొందురు, దానిలో చాలామందిని వారు విధవరాండ్రుగా చేయుదురు,

| ravening | טֹ֣רֵֽף | ṭōrēp | TOH-rafe |
| the prey; | טָ֑רֶף | ṭārep | TA-ref |
| devoured have they | נֶ֣פֶשׁ | nepeš | NEH-fesh |
| souls; | אָכָ֗לוּ | ʾākālû | ah-HA-loo |
| they have taken | חֹ֤סֶן | ḥōsen | HOH-sen |
| treasure the | וִיקָר֙ | wîqār | vee-KAHR |
| and precious things; | יִקָּ֔חוּ | yiqqāḥû | yee-KA-hoo |
| many her made have they | אַלְמְנוֹתֶ֖יהָ | ʾalmĕnôtêhā | al-meh-noh-TAY-ha |
| widows | הִרְבּ֥וּ | hirbû | heer-BOO |
