1 Yahweh said to Moses, "Chisel two stone tablets like the first: and I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke.మరియు యెహోవా మోషేతోమొదటి పలకల వంటి మరి రెండు రాతిపలకలను చెక్కుము. నీవు పగుల గొట్టిన మొదటి పలకలమీదనున్న వాక్యములను నేను ఈ పలకలమీద వ్రాసెదను.

2 Be ready by the morning, and come up in the morning to Mount Sinai, and present yourself there to me on the top of the mountain.ఉదయము నకు నీవు సిద్ధపడి ఉదయమున సీనాయి కొండయెక్కి అక్కడ శిఖరము మీద నా సన్నిధిని నిలిచియుండవలెను.

3 No one shall come up with you; neither let anyone be seen throughout all the mountain; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mountain."ఏ నరుడును నీతో ఈ కొండకు రాకూడదు; ఏ నరుడును ఈ కొండ మీద ఎక్కడనైనను కనబడకూడదు; ఈ కొండయెదుట గొఱ్ఱలైనను ఎద్దులైనను మేయకూడదని సెలవిచ్చెను.

4 He chiseled two tablets of stone like the first; and Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up to Mount Sinai, as Yahweh had commanded him, and took in his hand two stone tablets.కాబట్టి అతడు మొదటి పలకలవంటి రెండు రాతిపలకలను చెక్కెను. మోషే తనకు యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు ఉదయమందు పెందలకడ లేచి ఆ రెండు రాతిపలకలను చేతపట్టుకొని సీనాయికొండ యెక్కగా

5 Yahweh descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of Yahweh.మేఘములో యెహోవా దిగి అక్కడ అతనితో నిలిచి యెహోవా అను నామమును ప్రకటించెను.

6 Yahweh passed by before him, and proclaimed, "Yahweh! Yahweh, a merciful and gracious God, slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth,అతనియెదుట యెహోవా అతని దాటి వెళ్లుచుయెహోవా కనికరము, దయ, దీర్ఘశాంతము, విస్తారమైన కృపాసత్యములుగల దేవుడైన యెహోవా.

7 keeping loving kindness for thousands, forgiving iniquity and disobedience and sin; and that will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the children's children, on the third and on the fourth generation."ఆయన వేయి వేలమందికి కృపను చూపుచు, దోషమును అపరాధమును పాపమును క్షమించును గాని ఆయన ఏమాత్రమును దోషులను నిర్దోషులగా ఎంచక మూడు నాలుగు తరములవరకు తండ్రుల దోషమును కుమారుల మీదికిని కుమారుల కుమారుల మీదికిని రప్పించు నని ప్రకటించెను.

8 Moses hurried and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshiped.అందుకు మోషే త్వరపడి నేలవరకు తలవంచుకొని నమస్కారముచేసి

9 He said, "If now I have found favor in your sight, Lord, please let the Lord go in the midst of us; although this is a stiff-necked people; pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for your inheritance."ప్రభువా, నామీద నీకు కటాక్షము కలిగినయెడల నా మనవి ఆలకించుము. దయచేసి నా ప్రభువు మా మధ్యను ఉండి మాతోకూడ రావలెను. వీరు లోబడనొల్లని ప్రజలు, మా దోషమును పాపమున

10 He said, "Behold, I make a covenant: before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been worked in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among which you are shall see the work of Yahweh; for it is an awesome thing that I do with you.అందుకు ఆయనఇదిగో నేను ఒక నిబంధన చేయు చున్నాను; భూమిమీద ఎక్కడనైనను ఏజనములో నైనను చేయబడని అద్భుతములు నీ ప్రజలందరియెదుట చేసెదను. నీవు ఏ ప్రజల నడువ

11 Observe that which I command you this day. Behold, I drive out before you the Amorite, the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite.నేడు నేను నీ కాజ్ఞా పించుదానిననుసరించి నడువుము. ఇదిగో నేను అమోరీ యులను కనానీయులను హిత్తీ యులను పెరిజ్జీయులను హివ్వీయులను యెబూసీయులను నీ యెదుటనుండి వెళ్ల గొట్టెదను.

12 Be careful, lest you make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, lest it be for a snare in the midst of you:నీవు ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లుచున్నావో ఆ దేశపు నివాసులతో నిబంధన చేసికొనకుండ జాగ్రత్తపడుము. ఒకవేళ అది నీకు ఉరికావచ్చును.

13 but you shall break down their altars, and dash in pieces their pillars, and you shall cut down their Asherim;కాబట్టి మీరు వారి బలిపీఠములను పడగొట్టి వారి బొమ్మలను పగులగొట్టి వారి దేవతా స్తంభములను పడగొట్టవలెను.

14 for you shall worship no other god: for Yahweh, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.ఏలయనగా వేరొక దేవునికి నమస్కారము చేయవద్దు, ఆయన నామము రోషముగల యెహోవా; ఆయన రోషముగల దేవుడు.

15 Don't make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, lest they play the prostitute after their gods, and sacrifice to their gods, and one call you and you eat of his sacrifice;ఆ దేశపు నివాసులతో నిబంధనచేసికొనకుండ జాగ్రత్త పడుము; వారు ఇతరుల దేవతలతో వ్యభిచరించి ఆ దేవతలకు బలి అర్పించుచున్నప్పుడు ఒకడు నిన్ను పిలిచిన యెడల నీవు వాని బలిద్రవ్యమును తినకుండ చూచుకొనుము.

16 and you take of their daughters to your sons, and their daughters play the prostitute after their gods, and make your sons play the prostitute after their gods.మరియు నీవు నీ కుమారులకొరకు వారి కుమా ర్తెలను పుచ్చుకొనునెడల వారి కుమార్తెలు తమ దేవతలతో వ్యభిచరించి నీ కుమారులను తమ దేవతలతో వ్యభిచరింప చేయుదురేమో.

17 You shall make no cast idols for yourselves.పోతపోసిన దేవతలను చేసికొనవలదు.

18 "You shall keep the feast of unleavened bread. Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the time appointed in the month Abib; for in the month Abib you came out from Egypt.మీరు పొంగని వాటి పండుగ ఆచరింపవలెను. నేను నీ కాజ్ఞాపించినట్లు ఆబీబునెలలో నియామక కాలమందు ఏడు దినములు పొంగనివాటినే తినవలెను. ఏలయనగా ఆబీబు నెలలో ఐగుప్తులోనుండి మీరు బయలుదేరి వచ్చితిరి.

19 All that opens the womb is mine; and all your cattle that is male, the firstborn of cow and sheep.ప్రతి తొలిచూలు పిల్లయు నాది. నీ పశువులలో తొలిచూలుదైన ప్రతి మగది దూడయే గాని గొఱ్ఱ పిల్లయేగాని అది నాదగును

20 The firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb: and if you will not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. All the firstborn of your sons you shall redeem. No one shall appear before me empty.గొఱ్ఱపిల్లను ఇచ్చి గాడిద తొలిపిల్లను విడిపింపవలెను, దాని విమోచింపనియెడల దాని మెడను విరుగదీయవలెను. నీ కుమారులలో ప్రతి తొలిచూలువాని విడిపింపవలెను, నా సన్నిధిని వారు పట్టిచేతులతో కనబడవలదు.

21 Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest: in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.ఆరు దినములు నీవు పనిచేసి యేడవ దినమున విశ్రమింపవలెను. దున్ను కాలమందైనను కోయుకాలమందైనను ఆ దినమున విశ్రమింపవలెను.

22 You shall observe the feast of weeks with the first fruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of harvest at the year's end.మరియు నీవు గోధుమలకోతలో ప్రథమ ఫలముల పండుగను, అనగా వారముల పండుగను సంవత్స రాంతమందు పంటకూర్చు పండుగను ఆచరింపవలెను.

23 Three times in the year all your males shall appear before the Lord Yahweh, the God of Israel.సంవత్సరమునకు ముమ్మారు నీ పురుషులందరు ప్రభువును ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల దేవుడు నైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కన బడవలెను

24 For I will drive out nations before you and enlarge your borders; neither shall any man desire your land when you go up to appear before Yahweh, your God, three times in the year.ఏలయనగా నీ యెదుటనుండి జనములను వెళ్లగొట్టి నీ పొలిమేరలను గొప్పవిగా చేసెదను. మరియు నీవు సంవత్సరమునకు ముమ్మారు నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కనబడబోవునప్పుడు ఎవడును నీ భూమిని ఆశిం పడు.

25 "You shall not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the Passover be left to the morning.నీవు పులిసినదానితో నా బలిరక్తమును అర్పింప కూడదు; పస్కాపండుగలోని బలిసంబంధమైన మాంసమును ఉదయకాలమువరకు ఉంచకూడదు.

26 You shall bring the first of the first fruits of your ground to the house of Yahweh your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother's milk."నీ భూమి యొక్క ప్రథమఫలములలో మొదటివి నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి తేవలెను. మేకపిల్లను దాని తల్లిపాలతో ఉడకబెట్ట కూడదనెను.

27 Yahweh said to Moses, "Write you these words: for in accordance with these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel."మరియు యెహోవా మోషేతో ఇట్లనెనుఈ వాక్యములను వ్రాసికొనుము; ఏలయనగా ఈ వాక్యములనుబట్టి నేను నీతోను ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతోను నిబంధన చేసియున్నాను.

28 He was there with Yahweh forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread, nor drank water. 29 It happened, when Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mountain, that Moses didn't know that the skin of his face shone by reason of his speaking with him.మోషే సీనాయికొండ దిగుచుండగా శాసనములు గల ఆ రెండు పలకలు మోషే చేతిలో ఉండెను. అతడు ఆ కొండ దిగుచుండగా ఆయన అతనితో మాటలాడుచున్న ప్పుడు తన ముఖచర్మము ప్రకాశించిన సంగతి మోషేకు తెలిసి యుండలేదు.

30 When Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come near him.అహరోనును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరును మోషేను చూచినప్పుడు అతని ముఖచర్మము ప్రకా శించెను గనుక వారు అతని సమీపింప వెరచిరి.

31 Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned to him; and Moses spoke to them.మోషేవారిని పిలిచినప్పుడు అహరోనును సమాజ ప్రధానులందరును అతని యొద్దకు తిరిగి వచ్చిరి, మోషే వారితో మాట లాడెను.

32 Afterward all the children of Israel came near, and he gave them all of the commandments that Yahweh had spoken with him on Mount Sinai.అటుతరువాత ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరు సమీ పింపగా సీనాయికొండమీద యెహోవా తనతో చెప్పినది యావత్తును అతడు వారి కాజ్ఞాపించెను.

33 When Moses was done speaking with them, he put a veil on his face.మోషే వారితో ఆ మాటలు చెప్పుట చాలించి తన ముఖము మీద ముసుకు వేసికొనెను.

34 But when Moses went in before Yahweh to speak with him, he took the veil off, until he came out; and he came out, and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded.అయినను మోషే యెహోవాతో మాటలాడుటకు ఆయన సన్నిధిని ప్రవేశించినది మొదలుకొని అతడు వెలుపలికి వచ్చు వరకు ఆ ముసుకు తీసివేసెను; అతడు వెలుపలికి వచ్చి తనకు ఆజ్ఞాపింపబడిన

35 The children of Israel saw Moses' face, that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with him.మోషే ముఖచర్మము ప్రకాశింపగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు మోషే ముఖమును చూచిరి; మోషే ఆయనతో మాటలాడుటకు లోపలికి వెళ్లువరకు తన ముఖముమీద ముసుకు వేసికొనెను.
