Esther 5:2
రాణియైన ఎస్తేరు ఆవరణములో నిలువబడి యుండుట రాజు చూడగా ఆమెయందు అతనికి దయ పుట్టెను. రాజు తన చేతిలోనుండు బంగారపు దండమును ఎస్తేరుతట్టు చాపగా ఎస్తేరు దగ్గరకు వచ్చి దండము యొక్క కొన ముట్టెను.

ஆனால் விசுவாசத்தினாலே நீதிமானாவதைப் பற்றி வேதவாக்கியம், “யார் மோட்சத்துக்குப் போகக் கூடியவன் என்று நீ உனக்குள்ளே சொல்லாதே.” (இதற்கு “எவனொருவன் மோட்சத்துக்குப் போய் கிறிஸ்துவை பூமிக்கு அழைத்து வரக்கூடியவன்?” என்று பொருள்)

❮6-7❯ஆனால், நம்பிக்கை வழியாய்க் கடவுளுக்கு ஏற்புடையவராதல் பற்றி, கிறிஸ்துவைக் கீழே கொண்டு வருமாறு, ⁽“விண்ணகத்திற்குப் போகிறவர் யார்?”⁾ என்றும், இறந்த கிறிஸ்துவை உயிர்த்தெழச் செய்து கொண்டு வருமாறு ⁽“கடல் கடந்து செல்வோர் யார்?’␢ என்றும் உனக்குள்ளே␢ சொல்லிக் கொள்ளவேண்டாம்”⁾ என்று மறைநூலில் எழுதியுள்ளதன்றோ!
