ఈ ఆజ్ఞ జాగరూకు లగు దేవదూతల ప్రకటన ననుసరించి జరుగును, నిర్ణయ మైన పరిశుద్ధుల ప్రకటన ననుసరించి సంభవించును. మహోన్నతుడగు దేవుడు మానవుల రాజ్యముపైని అధికారియైయుండి, తానెవరికి అనుగ్రహింప నిచ్ఛ éయించునో వారికనుగ్రహించుననియు, ఆ యా రాజ్యము పైన అత్యల్ప మనుష్యులను ఆయన నియమించుచున్నా డనియు మనుష్యులందరు తెలిసికొనునట్లు ఈలాగు జరు గును.
