అందుకై రాజు సేవకులు మన యేలినవాడును రాజునగు దావీదునకు కృతజ్ఞతలు చెల్లింప వచ్చి, నీకు కలిగిన ఖ్యాతి కంటె సొలొమోనునకు ఎక్కువైన ఖ్యాతి కలుగునట్లును, నీ రాజ్యముకంటె అతని రాజ్యము ఘనముగా ఉండునట్లును దేవుడు దయచేయును గాక అని చెప్పగా రాజు మంచముమీద సాగిలపడి నమ స్కారము చేసి యిట్లనెను
