அவன் சோதிக்கும்போது சொறி நீங்கியிருந்தால், கறுமையான முடிகள் முளைத்திருந்தால் சொறி குணமாயிற்று என்று பொருள். அவன் சுத்தமானவன். ஆசாரியன் அவனைச் சுத்தமுள்ளவன் என்று அறிவிக்க வேண்டும்.

சொறி குறைந்து, அந்த இடத்தில் கருப்பு உரோமம் முளைத்ததெனில் சொறி குணமாயிற்று; அவர் தீட்டற்றவராய் இருக்கிறார். அவர் தீட்டற்றவர் எனக் குரு அறிவிப்பார்.⒫
