இப்போதும் நான் உங்களுக்குத் தயவு செய்தபடியினால், நீங்களும் எங்கள் தகப்பன் குடும்பத்துக்குத் தயவுசெய்வோம் என்று கர்த்தர்பேரில் எனக்கு ஆணையிட்டு,

அவர்கள் பயமடைவார்கள்; வேதனைகளும் வாதைகளும் அவர்களைப்பிடிக்கும்; பிள்ளை பெறுகிறவளைப்போல வேதனைப்படுவார்கள்; ஒருவரையொருவர் திகைத்துப்பார்ப்பார்கள்; அவர்கள் முகங்கள் நெருப்பான முகங்களாயிருக்கும்.

ஒவ்வொருவரும் அஞ்சுவார்கள். இந்த அச்சம் அவர்களின் வயிற்றில் பிரசவ வேதனை போன்ற துன்பத்தைத் தரும். அவர்களின் முகங்கள் நெருப்பைப்போன்று சிவக்கும். ஒருவரையொருவர் பார்த்து பிரமித்துப்போவார்கள். காரணம் எல்லாருடைய முகங்களிலும் அச்சம் நிரம்பியிருக்கும்.

And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.

and they shall be dismayed; pangs and sorrows shall take hold `of them’; they shall be in pain as a woman in travail: they shall look in amazement one at another; their faces `shall be’ faces of flame.

அவர்கள் திகிலடைவார்கள்; வேதனைகளும் வாதைகளும் அவர்களைப் பிடிக்கும்; பிள்ளைபெறுகிறவளைப்போல வேதனைப்படுவார்கள்; ஒருவரையொருவர் பிரமித்துப்பார்ப்பார்கள்; அவர்கள் முகங்கள் நெருப்பான முகங்களாயிருக்கும்.
