எந்த மனுஷனும் முன்பு நல்ல திராட்சரசத்தைக் கொடுத்து, ஜனங்கள் திருப்தியடைந்தபின்பு, ருசி குறைந்ததைக் கொடுப்பான், நீரோ நல்ல ரசத்தை இது வரைக்கும் வைத்திருந்தீரே என்றான்.

விருந்தின் பொறுப்பாளன் மணமகனை அழைத்து, “என்ன இது, இவ்வாறு செய்கிறீர்கள்? எல்லோரும் நல்ல திராட்சை இரசத்தை முதலில் பரிமாறுவார்கள். விருந்தினர்கள் குடித்துத் திருப்தியடைந்த பின்னர் ருசி குறைந்த திராட்சை இரசத்தைப் பரிமாறுவார்கள். நீங்களோ நல்ல திராட்சை இரசத்தை இதுவரைக்கும் பத்திரப்படுத்தி வைத்திருந்தீர்கள்” எனறான்.
