ஏசாயா 48:7
அவைகள் ஆதிமுதற்கொண்டு அல்ல, இப்பொழுதே உண்டாக்கப்பட்டன; இதோ, அவைகளை அறிவேன் என்று நீ சொல்லாதபடிக்கு, இந்நாட்களுக்கு முன்னே நீ அவைகளைக் கேள்விப்படவில்லை.
מֵאָ֔ז, פֶּן

| even have before thee; | מֵאָ֔ז | mēʾāz | may-AZ |
| to it came to | בְּטֶ֥רֶם | bĕṭerem | beh-TEH-rem |
| pass I | תָּב֖וֹא | tābôʾ | ta-VOH |
| shewed lest thee: | הִשְׁמַעְתִּ֑יךָ | hišmaʿtîkā | heesh-ma-TEE-ha |
| thou shouldest say, | פֶּן | pen | pen |
| idol Mine | תֹּאמַר֙ | tōʾmar | toh-MAHR |
| hath done them, | עָצְבִּ֣י | ʿoṣbî | ohts-BEE |
| image, graven my and | עָשָׂ֔ם | ʿāśām | ah-SAHM |
| and my molten image, | וּפִסְלִ֥י | ûpislî | oo-fees-LEE |
| hath commanded | וְנִסְכִּ֖י | wĕniskî | veh-nees-KEE |
| them. | צִוָּֽם׃ | ṣiwwām | tsee-WAHM |
