அவளுடைய வாசல்கள் துக்கித்துப் புலம்பும்; அவள் வெறுமையாக்கப்பட்டுத் தரையிலே உட்காருவாள் என்கிறார்.

நகர வாசல்களின் சந்திகளில் அழுகை ஒலியும், துக்கமும் நிறைந்திருக்கும். எருசலேமோ, கள்ளர்களிடமும் கொள்ளைக்காரர்களிடமும் அனைத்தையும் இழந்துவிட்ட பெண்ணைப்போன்று இருப்பாள். அவள் தரையில் அமர்ந்து அழுவாள்.
