ஏசாயா 29
17 இன்னும் கொஞ்சக் காலத்திலல்லவோ லீபனோன் செழிப்பான வயல்வெளியாக மாறும்; செழிப்பான வயல்வெளி காடாக எண்ணப்படும்.
18 அக்காலத்திலே செவிடர் புஸ்தகத்தின் வசனங்களைக் கேட்பார்கள்; குருடரின் கண்கள் இருளுக்கும் அந்தகாரத்துக்கும் நீங்கலாகிப் பார்வையடையும்.
19 சிறுமையானவர்கள் கர்த்தருக்குள் மிகவும் மகிழ்ந்து, மனுஷரில் எளிமையானவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேலின் பரிசுத்தருக்குள் களிகூருவார்கள்.
20 கொடியன் அற்றுப்போவான், சக்கந்தக்காரன் இல்லாமற்போவான்.
21 ஒரு வார்த்தையினிமித்தம் மனுஷனைக் குற்றப்படுத்தி, நியாயவாசலில் தங்களைக் கடிந்துகொள்ளுகிறவனுக்குக் கண்ணிவைத்து, நீதிமானை நிர்நிமித்தமாய்த் துரத்தி, இப்படி அக்கிரமஞ்செய்ய வகைதேடுகிற யாவரும் சங்கரிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
22 ஆகையால், ஆபிரகாமை மீட்டுக்கொண்ட கர்த்தர் யாக்கோபின் வம்சத்தைக் குறித்து: இனி யாக்கோபு வெட்கப்படுவதில்லை; இனி அவன் முகம் செத்துப்போவதுமில்லை.
23 அவன் என் கரங்களின் செயலாகிய தன் பிள்ளைகளை தன் நடுவிலே காணும்போது, என் நாமத்தைப் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்துவார்கள்; யாக்கோபின் பரிசுத்தரை அவர்கள் பரிசுத்தப்படுத்தி, இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனுக்குப் பயப்படுவார்கள்.
17 Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?
18 And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.
19 The meek also shall increase their joy in the Lord, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.
20 For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:
21 That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.
22 Therefore thus saith the Lord, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale.
23 But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

25 தூபபீடத்தையும் சீத்திம் மரத்தினால் உண்டாக்கினான்; அது ஒரு முழ நீளமும் ஒரு முழ அகலமுமான சதுரமும் இரண்டு முழ உயரமுமாய் இருந்தது; அதின் கொம்புகள் அதனோடே ஏகவேலைப்பாடாயிருந்தது.
And he made the incense altar of shittim wood: the length of it was a cubit, and the breadth of it a cubit; it was foursquare; and two cubits was the height of it; the horns thereof were of the same.
26 அதின் மேற்புறத்தையும், அதின் சுற்றுப்புறத்தையும், அதின் கொம்புகளையும், பசும்பொன்தகட்டால் மூடி, சுற்றிலும் அதற்குப் பொன் திரணையை உண்டு பண்ணி,
And he overlaid it with pure gold, both the top of it, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns of it: also he made unto it a crown of gold round about.
27 அந்தத் திரணையின்கீழ் அதின் இரண்டு பக்கங்களில் இருக்கும் இரண்டு மூலைகளிலும் இரண்டு பொன்வளையங்களைப் பண்ணி, அதைச் சுமக்கும் தண்டுகளைப் பாய்ச்சும் இடங்களாகத் தைத்து,
And he made two rings of gold for it under the crown thereof, by the two corners of it, upon the two sides thereof, to be places for the staves to bear it withal.
28 சீத்திம் மரத்தால் அந்தத் தண்டுகளைச் செய்து, அவைகளைப் பொன்தகட்டால் மூடினான்.
And he made the staves of shittim wood, and overlaid them with gold.
